El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

By far the worst el pollo loco I’ve been so. For starters while waiting to order the guys who was being given an order realized like 3 things were wrong with his food. (Should’ve been a dead give away). We were trying to place our order and at first she was having issues with the register so she couldn’t take our order before dealing with that. Once she figured it out she started taking our order and even though I repeated it twice along with the items I wanted removed from the burrito, she was repeating it back to me and she had the wrong item 😑 after having waited 15+ minutes for our order and driving home do we realize our chicken avocado burritos had absolutely NO avocado! The main reason we noticed was because they didn’t label which burrito was the special order, so we opened them up and found no avocado at all!We ordered 2 chicken avocado burritos (both with no avocado, with rice even though this burrito doesn’t even come with rice) and a BRC burrito. Idk what kind of burrito they gave me on the third one but it wasn’t a BRC. I will definitely not be going back to...

Been coming here to see whether they change the way how they serve the chicken. From my visits, I only experienced eating chicken that’s fresh, soft, and hot for just one time. The rest of my visits were dry, cold (or reheated so it easily turned cold).

I saw the guy eating his chicken , it was burning hoooot! I was so envious!!! I wanted them to change my chicken but I just let it go so they won’t get annoyed but come on…. Please serve chicken hot and fresh!!!

Went again today as I was very hungry and it’s a fast food so food is ready right away .

No greetings from the lady, she walked away and letting me wait for quiet some time.she asked if it’s to go and I said yes and she served it on a plate.

The atmosphere was very peaceful, no greetings you’ll hear from the staff. You left like you’re alone and it’s not even busy so I was wondering why the staff had no energy anymore .

On Thursday, 12.10.20, around 12noon, when at the drive thru I saw a man on foot at the window of El Pollo Loco. (Obviously, some people don’t have a car, but want to order food, not a problem with me. The problem was, he was wearing his mask under his chin, and “not covering his nose or mouth!” Additionally, his hands and head were inside the window! It did not appear to be a confrontational encounter, but rather a friendly conversation. He was there about 5 minutes.) I find fault with the staff.
