Walking into Luv Bridal, Rancho Cucamonga was like waking into another dimension. There was such elegance, beauty that it was breathtaking. I have never experienced anything like this. I was greeted by the staff immediately and they welcomed me with a warm embracing smile. They showed me to the dressing area where shortly after I was greeted by my stylist Esmeralda. We spoke extensively on what I was interested in and what styles I didn’t prefer. She was very detailed with her questions and listened to everything I was saying. My wedding is in March and time is of the essence. With my wedding only being 6 weeks away Esmeralda escorted me to the wedding dresses and let me tell you that every dress is absolutely beautiful. We came up with a plan and picked several dresses in different styles and checked to make sure that those dresses were available to order for my specific time frame or if I was able to purchase the dress off the rack. There were certain styles I wasn’t interested in, but Esmeralda picked a wild card that I never thought would look good on me and it was beautiful. I can tell you she’s very good at what she does. There was a total of 6 dresses that I tried on and she made sure I felt beautiful in all of them. We started to build a bond and a relationship in the little time that I was there. I had my mom with me and she included my mom in every step of the way. I started to share my story with Esmeralda. I was telling her that I’ve been waiting for my daughter to have her third open-heart surgery for the last three years and that it might be finally happening. My daughter Cassia who was born with half of a heart is the most precious person in the whole universe to me. I couldn’t help but open up to Esmeralda. To be honest, it’s like I had always known her. She is so kind , so sweet and so caring. She made me feel so special And most importantly she made me feel heard. This whole wedding dress experience was taken to a whole other level when everyone at Luv Bridal included my daughter in this experience. The manager and staff was so touched by my daughters story that they gave her a gift. They didn’t need to do that. But that’s what made this also meaningful. They did this because they’re all wonderful and beautiful individuals. My heart was filled with such joy. The look on my daughter’s face said it all. She was so happy when she got her gift. I was already emotional, but that was the kicker. I can’t thank Esmeralda, the Manager Melissa and the staff more. They truly went above and beyond. There was one particular dress I kept going back to. So we put on the veil and I walked over to the mirror and as I looked myself, I knew that I had found my dress. LUV Bridal has now left a special spot in my heart. The moment you walk in with your party, you are warmly greeted and taken to an area for your party. We were immediately offered refreshments and snacks and allowed us to bring our own champagne. Aly was my stylist on day one and she had me browse the selection of dresses, picked multiple and then had me wait while she loaded up the dress rack with multiple choices that fit my price range and style. She made me feel welcome, unashamed, and comfortable. That morning I lost my Grandma and was in a "funk" but I still wanted to try on dresses because I knew my Grandma would want that for me. Aly and I shared the loss of our grandmas because it was the anniversary of her grandmas passing and it made me feel connected and like I was exactly where I needed to be. We tried on multiple dresses but there was one dress that I had to go back and try on a second time before ending our appointment. I loved it, but knew I was not in a mindset to make a decision, but Aly did not pressure me whatsoever, she let me know I had time and the dress would be there for me when I was ready. The next morning I felt it in my heart to call the shop and set another appointment to try on the same dress, which also was speaking out to me because the dresses name is Sarah (so I felt it was meant to be) and there was an availability that I booked. Aly was not there but I was met with an amazing stylist named Tamaria. There was no change in the way I was treated and she knew the mental state that I was in but she knew I was ready to try the dress on again and see if in a "better" mental state, would it be THE ONE. She took her time with me and hugged me and then I tried it on and immediately in my heart I knew it was THE ONE. Tamaria asked me if I wanted to go for a walk and go down an aisle with it and I said absolutely. She set the mood for the walk and as I stopped at the end of the aisle and my party was at the end with cameras, I started crying because all of it was just so emotional and beautiful every step of the way. The kindness that both my stylists, Aly and Tamaria showed me and my party was kindness that not a lot of people show anymore in this world. LUV Bridal gifted me a wonderful gift for my special day and I will be forever grateful. Luv Bridal Rancho Cucamonga was the very first bridal shop I tried and it did not disappoint. From social media posts and other reviews, it seemed like Luv Bridal would be very "beginner friendly". I picked the Rancho Cucamonga location because it has its own parking lot and I know at least 3 other brides who got their dresses there!

Booking Appointment: Making my appointment was extremely easy, just by clicking the link on their website, I was able to make an appointment no problem. Shortly after making my appointment, I received a confirmation text and a phone call from a lovely staff member to ask about my wedding details and what I'm looking for in a dress. I sent over my inspiration pictures and waited for the day of my appointment.

Day of My Appointment: I brought my mom, future mother-in-law, MOH, and two sisters with me to my appointment. We were warmly greeted and offered refreshments by the front desk and were seated at our spot soon after walking in. That's when we met my wonderful stylist, Wyatt! He took me "shopping" and I picked out a couple of dresses I liked and he grabbed a couple that he thought I'd like. Every single dress felt amazing and it was extremely hard for me to rank them, but Wyatt asked the right questions to narrow it down. When I finally picked my #1 dress, I knew I still wanted to try another dress shop. A part of me knew I'd be back for that dress and Wyatt did not leave me feeling uncomfortable for not purchasing the dress that day. I was right and came right back to get the dress after visiting another bridal shop in Glendale.

Picking Up My Dress: It took about 3-4 months for my dress to arrive from the designer. Making my pick up appointment was easy as well. We had another wonderful stylist help out with the try on as Wyatt was with another beautiful bride. He made sure to visit and see the dress in its (almost) final state! I immediately fell in love with the dress again and felt so beautiful!
