The Hot Wheels bin is unacceptable and needs to be addressed and fixed. This looks horrible and stop dumping new cases on top of older stuff..there's a bunch of theft in that bin because of this practice. These need to be hung up on pegs. The item stacked sky high is a violation of height, safety reasons. This needs to be fixed or these actions will be reported to the CEO of the company.
9/28/24 Update: The Hot Wheels bin still hasn't been fixed and they are just dumping new cases on top of the Old destructive Hot wheels cardbacks. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed and hung on pegs.
12/08/24 Update #3: It's gotten worse at this Walmart. The Hot Wheels bin got bigger and more disgusting. There's theft in there..other merchandise and this display is unacceptable. This needs to be addressed and fixed..otherwise I'll do it myself. Hot Wheels need to be hung on pegs..not dumped in a bin where nobody can ever get to the bottom to search for particular vehicles. The cards are getting danaged and vehicles are getting stolen. I'm going to report this to Mattel.
Update #3 - July 13th, 2025 Unbelievable. Unacceptable. □ Theft on clearance. Automatic Chargeback. This is coming from someone who has had retail experience from three different chains. These should not be on the shelf. □ Locked up cabinets for these small toy items that is not something that should be locked up. Unacceptable. Impossible to browse through .could take 15-30 minutes to decide. All on Clearance before Christmas. Ridiculous. □ Dvds thrown in bin. These dvds should be on a nice 4-way display for easy browsing. Read moreI am highly disappointed in this Walmart. The employees actions were enough for me to decide that I'd rather shop elsewhere. I arrived at this location with a friend 10 minutes before closing. To my surprise the doors were closed and employees seemed to be blocking them. It was an emergency need for coolant for my commercial vehicles, so I asked an employee by the name of Chris, why they were closed so early and if I could please grab some coolant as it was an emergency. I even offered to be escorted because I was willing to understand that it was near closing. Not quite closing, but near enough for me to see how going alone may be a problem. Not only did Chris seem to ignore me, but he wasted 5 minutes denying my entrance while he pretended to ask if he could let us in. During this time I could have grabbed the 7 coolants I needed and been ready to checkout before closing. To make matters and his customer service skills worse, a few more employees joined him, Roberta and Luis if I read name tags correctly. Roberta yelled at both my friend and I that they weren't letting us in because they're closed. I was startled and taken back when she yelled. I was a little fearful for a moment because I've never known an employee for such a large corporation to yell at a customer. When I asked for a manager, they began making jokes as if everyone was a manager. Laughing amongst themselves and so on. Things were said very unprofessionally on their behalf. Rude tones, swearing words, smiles, and smirks. Meanwhile, after they tried to convince me that the registers were closed, customers were still checking out at open registers. This is as close as it get to a food desert . No fresh fruits or vegetables no salad not much healthy stuff . Very poor selections of vegetarian/vegan. No fresh meat either just pre packaged sausages full of sodium. Barely any brands .Most of the products are walmart sub brands . The place is disorganized and a complete mess very hard to navigate through the store . U get a little bit of everything spread everywhere. Mostly home goods/ decor / clothes some electronics and other random stuff . The shelves were all empty in the drink section . Barely any water or soda left . The store is poorly stock its just a mess . You got pellets of stuff still pack in the middle of the store . People trying to restock shelves when customers are in trying to move around with those giant unpractical carts .long waiting in lines . Poor selections of cold drink at check out soda , coffee loaded with syrup and sugar or energy drink . No healthy tea or kombucha . Very limit selection of organic products.
