This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings to exist ! Today me and my family of 8 including a toddler arrived at the restaurant at 7:20ish, we were told the wait was gonna be 30 min which was okay with us and agreed to wait, somehow 30 mins turned into 2 hoursâŚ. The lady Yadira in the front was not doing much to help us get seated she was kinda just walking around and talking with other colleagues, we finally decided we would ask what was going on with our table after we seen a party of 9 come in check in and get a table immediately and we were told it would be another 45 min wait because some how another big party was ahead of us ??? But mind you we sat in the front the entire time and saw when the âother bigger partyâ had just checked in as a walk in but whatever thatâs okay we understood⌠we waited another hour and we asked again and the lady in the front Yadira sarcastically with a fake smile said she was gonna start cleaning up a table for us and it was gonna take 15 min to clean!!!!! Which is ridiculous who takes that long cleaning up a table hahaha at that point I wanted to go over and help her but she was cleaning the table the slowest Iâve ever seen!!!! Which Im sure she was doing on purpose to make us wait longer, finally after 2 hours of waiting just to be seated we got sat and the waitress took about another 25 min to speak to us but only because we had complained at this point to the manager by asking if we could at least get some water/drinks out after the super long wait just to be seated the manager had a very disgusting attitude and did not problem solve the situation instead made the situation worse by arguing with us by saying it was not her problem and that the waitress had a lot of tables which was a lie it was already 9pm and the restaurant was pretty much empty and all the other tables around us where only waiting for there food to be out! But we did not keep arguing with this so call manager. Our drinks finally came out and no straws where given to us and we asked our waitress nicely if we can get some and she said yes but never came back at this point I seen the same manager we spoke to just standing by the kitchen door talking to another employee instead of helping her team since they were so âbusyâ I decided to get up and get straws myself and I went directly to the manger and asked her for fries and she replied with ok and I was waiting for her to hand them to me and she then said â I can take them to ur tableâ and I replied with âI can take them from you now â and she rolled her eyes and handed me the straws and I still tried to be nice and said thank you and got no response back⌠while we were waiting for our food another waitress took over due to the other lady going on her break, his name was MAT and he was amazing!! He took care of us so well had all our food out as soon as he stepped in came by a few times to check on us and got us out of there in no time!!!! And we made sure he knew he was doing the best job out of everyone there even the manager and he actually replied with a no so surprising answer haha saying he is looking for a new job because of the same reason and how he always gets in conflict with the same manger about these situations!    Read moreThey need more workers and a better layout of how to line up waiting customers for order, for pick up and etc. Left on their own, the huddling masses huddle together to breathe possible contaminants onto each other... Also, they need at least two more servers - the one young lady who was delivering food from the kitchen to the people seated outside, taking orders fetching to-go orders could not take phone calls and had trouble with the orders because she was so swamped.i arrived early and waited for 20 minutes past my pick up time because of how busy she was, was quite miffed but didn't complain because she was doing her best and was far too stretched.
Update 3/9/2020: Downgrading the star: busy night tonight, I ordered ahead and expected my food by 7:20. I arrive at 7:15, the place is crowded with bored kids and customers waiting for pick up. So many people crowded that many of us can't get inside to see the panel with names written on them or avoid some massively chilly winds. Institute a rule saying one or two persons per pickup or something. No order, no line, no social distancing for about 18 people in that tiny space, not for 30 minutes. App says my food is ready for pickup at 7:20 - I finally picked up at 7:55. I didn't get one person (3-4 people managing the pickup counter) to acknowledge my presence or even write my name on the "here & waiting" list until 7:45. Three customers who got there AFTER me got their food before I did. Bad luck? It's the business' job to make sure it's not up to some "bad luck", to take names in orderly fashion, get people's intentions in order - who's here for pickup, who's here to order, please clear the space for others if you don't need to crowd the registers, etc. One person, ONE f-ing person was the only one with the sense to take names and give them updates as she hurried from the kitchen to the counters over and over. Dinner rush, sure, but get your act together please, I am VERY angry and damn starving. Angry enough to write a review rather than eat the food I've been waiting 45+ minutes for.    Read moreFirst of all I wouldn't have even given a star but I literally waited 40 minutes just to get my drink. Ordered potato wedges didn't get my order right then took an extra 30 minutes to get my supposed "corrected" order only to find the cheese and bacon was put only on 1/3 of the wedges and still did not fulfill my request of sour cream and chives. Then come to receive my check and find I was over charged for multiple items. When I came to bring this upon my servers attention Nicole , who was great and was trying to correct every mistake that was made by the employee who took over while she was on lunch, informed my that her manager Robert was giving her a hard time about taking off the over charged items so I then proceeded to ask to speak to her manager who then asked me where did these extra items come from when I myself was wondering the same thing and was the exact reason why I wanted to speak to him. Which I then let him know the fact that I had to wait 40 minutes just to be served my drink and noticed only on bartender was working and then he started to argue with me stating that there were 5 when I clearly seen one. The fact that I waited 40 minutes for a drink, and extra 30 for my "appetizer" which arrived 30 mins after my food and incorrectly, then have to wait a hour to have them correct my bill to have to deal with a manger who is arguing with me is beyond ridiculous. I literally was the last customer to leave the establishment at 2:40 am due to all the problems and to make matters worse the restrooms were dirty. As a manager in the food industry the customer is always right and you are obligated to provide the best customer service with the most upbeat and positive attitude to every single customer irregardless of anything. I was seriously so disappointed as a faithful customer to this establishment to come into the new building which I was highly anxious to find the poor service and disrespectful management team. Clearly there are issues that needed to be worked out and I strongly believe that it needs to start with the management team more importantly Robert.
