Starlight Terra Vista 6 Movies — Attraction in Rancho Cucamonga

We used to go to this theater often and its was decent. This last time we were there,it was pretty dirty. It was like they didn't even bother cleaning the theater after the last show. There was lots of trash on the floor, popcorn everywhere and the like. They also have a new policy where you must pick your seats when you're purchasing the ticket, this is bad because if you don't like it, it's difficult to change, trust me, we had to do it because my seat was broken. Then after the movie started the small child, and the baby that the people behind us brought into the movie theater began crying and making all sorts of noise, but when you have a seating policy like this what can one do? The movie was unenjoyable, and that's terrible because it was a great movie and certainly not the cheapest ticket around. I don't think we'll be returning to this theater. Would...

Seems like some of them have reclining seats based on the movie because last time I came to see A Minecraft Movie, and the seats were comfortable. I came to see How to train your dragon and it seems like they reclined, the top cushion was comfortable at first but in 30 minutes, My neck started hurting, and I had to slide more into my seat, the cushion just puts your head forward and if it had an option to move it back a bit, it would have been better, even my fiancée and her mom said the same thing and scooted forward because the cushion on the head part wasn't comfortable anymore. Yes it's comfy but damn forced to have your head pushed forward and not being able to put your head a bit back is very comfortable. Next time, we're avoiding reclining seats and prefer to go to a different movie theather that has reclining seats but not that unnecessary...

I went with my twins to watch a movie and like everybody enjoys popcorn, candies and something to drink. I had to go while the movie was playing but the pop corn did not taste right and we barely ate it. I decided to inform one of the managers and he did replace but thank God, I did take a look and this was gross, the POP CORN HAD OIL FROM THE MACHINE, THEY REPLACE AGAIN BUT I DIDN'T FEEL IT WAS SAFE SO I BOUGHT MY KIDS CHICKEN NUGGETS. WE WERE WATCHING ANOTHER MOVIE AND THE GENERAL MANAGER CODY INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING CAME TO ASK ME FOR THE MOVIE Tickets and made step out and get my kids out. So rude and unprofessional my kids felt so ashamed and I felt abused by this racist MANAGER. That treated us that way possibly because we r Hispanics and also because I returned the POP CORN WITH TOXIC OIL. NEVER GOING...
