RUDE AND AWFUL COSTUMER SERVICE.DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE. Be aware. Owner says cant pay with card under 10$ . Its written NOWHERE in the store. Very SHADY to force people to pay cash.Cheaply made poor quality clothes . Be aware sizes are way off and tend to run small .they are grossly overprived . 40$ for a no brand nothing special cheaply made polyester . You d be lucky if the clothes last more than a few washes . Don t purchase anything you want to last . The shoes are more expensive than dsw . For the clothes you can find the exact same on alibaba wish and shien for much cheapper . Even ross who carry some famous brand is cheapper than this store . Also all sales are final so make sure to try the clothes first . The place feels very cramped and hard to move through . Lot of junk . Not much work appropriate outfit . Lot of outdated stuff and clothes for teen / early 20 .prices keep on going up quality keeps on going down.lot of stuff is ripped or damaged you have to inspect everything for defects . I’ve been in this store a few times and didn’t feel very welcomed either time. The owner/manger is very grumpy and rude. The clothes are cute, but very cheaply made...issue was: they had the same EXACT pair of jeans in two different sizes, yes, one was plus size and the other one regular... the less expensive one was the plus sized pair! Wouldn’t the plus sz cost more since there’s more material? It was only a matter of a few dollars, but at this point it was the principle of the matter. Take it or leave it it was the attitude they gave me. The manager/ owner is training the others to be just as rude as she is! I assumed they would honor the lower price just for good customer service reasons, (that would have gone a LONG way! They Wouldn’t give me the number to corporate either. Their customer service was atrocious! Also, I came home with broken zipper on brand new jeans! I’ll throw them away before I would step foot back...

Had a very frustrating experience here. I bought a large amount of clothes and since the fitting rooms were closed I asked the cashier about their return policy, she explained 14 day return i just can't get my money back on a bra I had bought. Which was no problem. So I went back because the clothes didn't fit and the cashier said they only did exchange or store credit, i was a bit upset because I explained that she is the one who told me I can get money back she was being very condescending and told me she would never say that and do I get it?
