I was about to repurchase a $60 screen saver when the T-Mobile associate tried to sell me a higher priced screen saver saying it had lifetime warranty, when I remembered my Zagg Screen Saver was under warranty already! I went to two retail stores trying to replaced my screen and one, didn’t honor the warranty and the 2nd place was closed at 6pm. I raced to Victoria Gardens since they close at 8pm (Thank God) and Timothy was so kind and had excellent customer service. He took the time to explain my options and even exchanged my privacy dark screen for a regular but extra thicker screen. He worked on my screen saver for a good 10 mins. Bought my iPhone 13 Pro Max screen protector with Patty and she was so awesome! She explained the different options and was fast & efficient applying the protector. I went with the $59 dollar option with blue light protection for my eyes and it’s so seamless you can’t tell it’s on. Best thing is lifetime warranty and only $10 to replace protector for as long as you own the phone. Seems like a lot up front, but it’s a deal in the long run and the quality is clearly superior to anything you buy off Amazon. Apple was sold out and they pointed referred me to ZAGG. I used to think all protectors are the same, but now I know they’re not.
