This place was great! I originally got a bed, bed frame, mattress cover, coffee table and couch. The couch and coffee table had to be delivered because my vehicle wasn’t big enough to take home that day and they had to order it. The couch did not end up getting sent out from the manufacturer so they rescheduled me for a different delivery date. When they called to reschedule a 2nd time I told them that we can’t keep taking off of work so we ended up going back to the store to get different furniture for the house that I could fit in my vehicle. Not only did they allot the funds for me to get other furniture but they also knocked the price down on the stuff I got. The customer service was great. Things getting shipped from the manufacturer that didn’t arrive isn’t their fault. They worked with me amazingly and corrected the problem. Most places would not have worked that well with customers, so I 100% recommend Fischer clearance center. My wife and I went shopping at Fischer's today, looking for a couch. When there, we chatted briefly with Chet, an employee there, who said he realized we wanted to browse on our own. (Refreshing!) After a lot of browsing, we approached him with some questions. He not only answered them in depth but took us next door to Fischer's Fine Furnishings to answer the question with models. He also provided some real and much-needed advice about which item would suit us best, given our unique needs and our budget. Sweetest of all, he ran outside and shoveled the snow around our car so we wouldn't have to get our feet wet when we left.

When I visited this store I was immediately welcomed and offered assistance. I had a specific couch design in mind that I really wanted and they had just that. The couch was also on sale so that was a plus! I was offered assistance looking at other options as well just to see if I was interested in any other styles. I had my mind set on the first couch and was read description of purchases and read terms signed paid for couch, told that I would receive phone call when furniture arrives and was on my way. Was a really great experience as this was my very first furniture purchase as I will be moving on my own very soon.
