My family’s experience started off decent the had a burger I wanted still advertised on the store windows but was told they no longer make it was fine I found a replacement we ordered our food got our drinks and sat down after about 40 minutes of waiting and watching people go through the drive through and door dash orders getting picked up I decided to go up to the counter and ask how much longer our food was going to be (two antsy hungry 10 year olds) stood there for a solid five minutes one guy was in the back and he was stocking paper towels and ignoring my presence the back door opened and everyone finished there smoke break and came in the guy I order from asked what else he could get me and I said I’m still waiting on my food and he said oh that’s what those extra burgers were for I just stood there confused a lady came up to refund my food she couldn’t figure it out they asked if I still wanted my food and I replied yes if it will be made quick don’t want to wait another hour at this point they slap our order together after we had to tell them what it was because someone deleted it they brought it to the counter I took it to the table sat down no fry’s supposed to have 4 orders two kids myself and my wife no cheesy tots or whatever they are called get the missing items and start eating I definitely got the burger that was sitting at the end of the make line hard dry bun my wife ordered and chicken bacon Swiss sandwich she didn’t get bacon on it topped off with stale cold frys and mozzarella fires that looked like a bad option from the gas station that had been in the warmer for some hours lol my children both got ice cream with there meals we never received it all in all a horrible experience with incompetent staff that just brushed it off like it was nothing we were the only people in the store we will definitely not ever be going back the manager refunded me some cash from the till because my order with my card had...
Read moreThe workers at this particular Burger King are ALL fantastic but I wanted to write to you specifically about Allen and a beautiful woman name Sheah.
Allen has the most infectious smile, is ALWAYS smiling and is one of the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered, never failing to make my day.
Sheah, on the other hand, is special in ways that can scarcely be placed into words. One afternoon I had suffered a grievous loss, nearly voiceless as I approached the drive thru window, beside myself with so much sadness. It was as if she had this ethereal sixth sense, giving me words of encouragement I shall never forget and, with simply the soft, beautiful beaming look in those captivating eyes, bringing a sense of peace to an utterly broken heart. Rarely do we understand the impact we have on others but I will forever be indebted, on a human level, to this incredible, sensitive soul.
She holds a very special place in my heart and every time I see her, I whisper a tearful, silent thank you for the moment that changed one of the singular most devastating days of my life. What an amazing staff you have, all around.

Read moreOkay, your employees need to do better! Lately I have had nothing but negative experiences with them. Tonight I made a mobile order and I asked the drive thru cashier to exchange the sesame seed bun on the Whopper out for a potato bun because I can't have seeds and she didn't relay the message and my whopper has the seed bun. I checked it before we left and I took it back in and they made me one with the right bun.
They need to add an option to swap out the bun on the app.
I also ordered an 8pc cheesy tots and didn't realize they weren't in the bag until I got home.
The employees need to pay more attention and make sure all of the items get to the customer and they need to actually be listening to the customer at the drive thru and acknowledge the customer after they place their order or tell them they have a mobile order. This is probably the 8th time in a row where I have waited for them to acknowledge me after I tell them I have a mobile order and they just say pull up to the window after I wait. It is unprofessional how sometimes they are just goofing off...
