Ace Hardware West of Rapid City — Local services in Rapid City

The staff at this Ace Hardware is helpful. I was looking for a particular part to hookup the water line to my fridge, and was instantly led to the right item, which was handed to me. The hardest thing about this store is getting into the parking lot as you travel eastward.

After having lived in Rapid City for over a year and a half, I can say I still stop in this Ace Hardware before I go anywhere else. The staff is pleasant and able to point you in the right direction. I’ve visited this store many times and had good experiences with both their selection and employees. This last time I visited I was blown away. I purchased a trampoline some time ago but was not sent the correct legs. After lots of effort with no solutions online I went to Ace. I asked Mike if he could give me a hand in finding a solution. My Girlfriend went in looking a a fuel line connection for a boat, that they show they have online. The manager asked to help her. (Mind you, she is the nicest girl in the world.) She asked if he had the part, he treated her like an idiot and laughed at her and said no.
