Fischer Home Galleries — Local services in Rapid City

We are still unhappy with Fischer's, and we are still upset with this company. We bought a temperpuetic mattress from them almost two years ago now and paid in full before even taking the mattress out the door. Somehow there was a "mistake" in their bookkeeping department so I received a call not one day but NINE MONTHS after we made the purchase explaining the situation and telling us we owe around $200 since the bookkeeper made a mistake. REALLY?! I was so upset because no decent company would try to collect money when it was their mistake they can't figure out the books and messed up. Oh well, the wasted brochures in the mail make great fire starter!

Manager - Yes, we were unaware of that charge and it should have presented to us RIGHT AWAY not nine months later. We just found out this happened to a friend too so I would get that figured out before you lose more customers than you already have lost. They also said the after care sucks, and they live in Rapid so I think after talking to them and more people we wouldn't come back even if this pricing incident didn't occur because we live a few hours from town so if it took your crew one month to go out and fix my friend's table that was under warranty I wouldn't want to see how long it would take for you to come out to...

This review is based off our first visit to Fischer Home Galleries. This was only our second visit to any furniture store ever and we were pleasantly surprised by the service we received. We weren't pressured and were free to take our time to look around. Our salesperson Mark H. was seriously the best! So knowledgeable and extremely patient and understanding through all our questions, our kids, and my back and forths! Mark even moved furniture pieces to other parts of the store so I could see them side by side to the pieces I was interested in, without me even having to ask if it was possible! We bought a bedroom set from Fischer Home Galleries. Our sales person was Amy. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Amy showed us all our options, offered good suggestions, answered questions and was outstanding with communication through the whole process. We will go back to her for any future purchases. We took delivery of our bedroom furniture today. Troy and Jeremiah were the two that brought the furniture in, set it up, made sure it was placed where we wanted it. They did all this in a very friendly and efficient manner. They, too, are an asset to Fischer Furniture.
