This place was a huge disappointment. My advice to other parents who can’t pay the hefty 60 dollars for 2 adults and 1 child to play here for 1.5 hours is to go to Run Wild indoor play area where they are more family friendly and won’t charge you for every little thing. Huge red flag that they make you pay an extra fee on top of your entrance fee for “special socks” that are 4 dollars each because they have special grippers. The ironic thing was that we already had socks for our daughter that actually had more grippers on them than the ones that they made us buy to enter. Next, they charge you to supervise your kid. Yup, and extra 5 bucks and another 4 bucks for the silly socks. Then if you want to swap parents in and out and take turns with supervision inside the park (like many parents do because we need a break) then you have to pay another regular entrance fee plus the fee of socks for a fee of an additional 28 dollars. So for a family of three (two adults one child who is 2) the total cost for an hour and a half of play is about 60 dollars. Absolutely ridiculously overpriced. There should be some rule that parents can swap out for a lower fee. But honestly, there should be NO PARENT FEE at all as the parents are no getting really any enjoyment by supervising their kiddos and watching them to ensure that they don’t get hurt. Many other simliar indoor play areas do not charge this ridiculous “supervisor fee”, but this place does setting it apart and making me never to want to come back as that is not right to charge the parents who are making sure the kids are safe (because the staff inside the play area are not paying attention and are on their phones and don’t care). Also, allow people to wear what kind of socks they want. It seems like this place is money hungry and will nickel and dime you to death which makes it no fun. We probably won’t be back until some of these silly rules are changed and we will go back to Run Wild indoor play area as they are more family friendly, have rules that actually make sense, and won’t nickel and dime the heck out of you for every little thing. Was no fun being on the outskirts while my daughter begged for me to come and play with her but I couldn’t because I’m not paying 28 bucks just to supervise my child on and off for an hour and a half. Seems like all they care about is finding ways to overcharge you and get more money for hardly anything. You guys need to wake up and realize that your prices are not family friendly for most people. Stop being ridiculous and charging the parents to supervise their children. I don’t know many people who can afford 60 dollars for 1.5 hour of play for their child. We won’t be back and I’m not recommending this place to my...
Read moreSave your money and drive 15 minutes from this place into Summerset and go to Run Wild. No I don't work for Run Wild. This place charges you to go in with your kid. I've never been to an indoor playplace that charged the parent to play with their child. And no, I'm not going to put my child's safety in the hands of the strange, potential pedo referee that 'monitors your toddler'.
As a NY transplant, having lived here for a few years now, I would expect this from places back east, but even they don't do that there. You come and go for the day and parents don't have to pay. Whoever thought up this hourly charged, every human pays to bounce here, Epstein Island business model needs to seriously take a step back and reevaluate their life choices.
And Run Wild's pizza is delicious.
EDIT Not once did your employee state that a supervisor pass was an option nor was it an option on the menu behind the counter, so unless you just added this option within the past few hours, I find that...
Read moreWe just had our son’s 7th birthday here and it was a BLAST for the kids and a BREEZE for this momma! With the open concept for parties (don’t worry, still plenty of room to sit and mingle) I didn’t have to stress about decorating a room. Usually I have to bring all the things, but they literally had all.the.things! I brought the cake but they had the pizza, drinks, ice cream, table cloths, cups, plates, utinsels, cake knife, lighter, and even candles! They also have a party advisor that helps with anything you might need and is available at all times. It was absolutely the most stress free I’ve ever felt at a party, and that in itself is worth the price. My kid and his friends had so much fun in the inflatable and the new gel blaster activity was incredibly entertaining! Even the parents joined in! And there is a spot to spectate and witness all the fun. I will...
