I don't know where to begin. The fix itself was done great. The workers were always polite. My whole issue is how long it took for my boyfriend to get his phone back for a three day repair. His phone quit working on a Monday night after they'd closed so we took it in first thing that Tuesday. Were told that we'd have the phone by Friday. So we just do what we can with a cheap temp phone till Friday. Friday rolls around we try calling no one answers so we go in. The part hasn't come in yet and they blame the holiday. Keep in mind this was before the holiday. It'll be the following Wednesday by the time the phone is fixed. Wednesday we call they actually answer the screen they ordered works, but it doesn't fit. By this point I have red flags popping up, but not my phone I'm going to let the boyfriend handle this. We don't hear back for another week they reordered the same part, same problem. They have to call us back while they do research to figure out the issue. Couple hours later we get that phone call. Come to find out Verizon had a special version of that phone that he'd purchased and they had to order it. His response verbatim 'Oh great, so my 3 day repair is going to be more like a 3+ week repair' To which they offer him a steep discount. And this is the part that I am very salty with because the boyfriend is at work today we'd been quoted $120 for the repair in the beginning not including tax so we budgeted $150 for his phone repair. I go in to pick up his phone so that he can go from the cheap pos he's been having to work with for the last basically month to his actual phone since I'm off. Their "steep discount" was 10% before tax. After tax we paid $114. We saved roughly $6 thanks to their "steep discount" after the experience went from "3 days guaranteed" to 3 almost 4 weeks. I manage a business and a steep discount where I am is closer to 20-30% at a minimum. We were hoping the "steep discount" would at least cover the cost of the cheap phone we had to buy so he could have something but regardless because the time of the repair there is absolutely no way in the modern age he could have gone a month without his phone. I know this probably seems like a really petty kind of review but after this being dragged out a lot longer then it should have and then being promised compensation with the price because of how long it took. I know if my phone ever takes a dump like his did I'm just going to replace the phone before I take it to them. The only reason they’re getting two stars is because they say they price match but according to the technician, it’s only price match the area stores around them and since I did mine online, that means no price match. Also, I had another problem with customer service. I emailed them asked them to make sure that my product got there and they seemed like they had a problem helping me turns out they never emailed the store because if they would’ve, I would’ve got my PlayStation A lot quicker turns out that the store has been waiting six days for me to contact them because there was no paperwork on how or who the PlayStation belong to when I email customer service. They assured me that everything was fine when all reality it wasn’t if they would’ve did their job they would’ve found out that there was no way of the technicians, knowing who the PlayStation belong to, but the fix is great. Read moreHonestly this place really shocked me, in more ways than one. So I have a nintendo switch that suddenly stopped connecting to my TV, it would charge but not connecting. I pre ordered paper mario the thousand year door and wanted to play on my TV. When I brought it in they quoted me $150 and 2-3 days it would be ready, IF they could fix it and we agree if they could fix the problem to just go ahead with it, if not then they would call me. Never got a call so I went in and they needed a couple more hours so when I came back not only was it done and working properly but my total came to $50! Now in my profession I wanna make sure I'm paid for my work and even my customers wanna Pay me for u clogging their vacuum so I was shocked and told them I was quoted way more and I wanted to make sure I was paying the right amount for what they did.
