There are not 70mm projectors, or even IMAX, but this is still a pretty solid theater with a cozy atmosphere. It doesnāt get as busy as some of the other theaters, and while thatās bad for business, itās easier to get a good seat. Iāve been to this theatre more than any others in the past few years because itās just comfy.
Thatās the end of this normal google review. Iām going to keep going with something more personal though.
Why I give this 5 stars though is the people that work there and the very kind experience I had. I went here a few weeks back and saw Princess Mononoke. I got a cup of shaved ice but was disappointed to see that there were no individually wrapped spoons. Thatās my own bad, I donāt hold that against businesses even if it frustrates me. However, someone (who looked like a manager as they were dressed up a bit more) saw that I was frustrated and uncomfortable and a few minutes later they walked into the theater (it was still early before trailers) and brought me a wrapped spoon. He went into storage and found one for me.
Thatās really great customer service, but for me, someone with OCD, it was enough to make me tear up afterwards. I was resigned to just wait for the ice to melt and drink with a straw. Some days I can push and deal with the stress of using a spoon like the ones available, but that day wasnāt one of them.
You never know how much of a difference an act of kindness can make, or how personally something seemingly small can impact someone. That service made me feel respected as a human being, even if my preferences are due to mental illness that Iām treating and recovering from, I can still get to enjoy my movie and snack in spite of this frustrating disability. Your service meant a lot to me, and I intend to use this theatre even more frequently now. I wanted to give a better thank you since I was so surprised when this happened that I couldnāt put it into...

The theater retains a comfortable, well-worn charm, reminiscent of a reliable companion that might not boast the latest trends but consistently delivers a decent movie experience.
The seating arrangements, while not on the cutting edge, remain serviceable. They lack the extravagance of modern plush recliners or high-tech amenities but suffice for a traditional movie-watching affair.
Parking, however, can pose a challenge, especially during busy periods. Maneuvering through the lot often demands an extra dose of patience or a knack for finding those elusive spots tucked away in corners.
Despite its age, the theater's staff operates with commendable efficiency. They are the unsung heroes, ensuring the show runs smoothly behind the scenes, albeit without much fanfare.
In essence, Regal Bella Botega maintains a modest, unassuming presence in the movie theater landscape. It doesn't sparkle with glitz and glamour, yet it stands as a testament to reliability. Despite its imperfections, it competes admirably against newer, flashier venues. A modest three and a half stars honor its endurance, dependable familiarity, and unwavering presence in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy family and I will never visit this location again. Naomi was helping Claire with our order at the counter for snacks and not only was it completely disorganized, we paid $80 and they forgot our extra cheese cups. Naomi insisted for my mom to dig out her receipt for her to verify we paid for them. Then as Iām in my seat, I noticed our souvenir cup had a cracked lid. When I went back to get a new one, another guy was taking care of it and she said āSHE DOESNT GET A NEW LEMONADE OR CUP, YOU CAN GIVE HER A NEW LIDā. My mom felt so sad about how much we paid for these tickets and snacks just for the experience to turn so sour thanks to the unprofessional employees running the concession stand. On top of all of that, the seats were so uncomfortable and cramped, and we felt like the volume was way louder than usual. Iāve never felt like a theater was too loud until this specific location. There was a taller guy with short curly hair who was taking our tickets, he offered to get us a drink carrier at the very least so thank you to him. Take the extra drive and go to iPIC...
