Hyatt House Seattle/Redmond — Hotel in Redmond

On our arrival we asked for some advice on locating an ATM as our taxi driver was unable to accept credit cards, the receptionist couldn't have been any more unhelpful and did not give any advice and left us to go back in the taxi to drive around and look for one without any direction or attempt to help/look up an option nearby.||The bedrooms are large and the beds are soft and comfortable, however the layout of my room was most strange. A large television was situated in the middle of the room but you could not see it when sat on the sofa or the bed. The airconditioner was noisy and then when colder weather kicked in there was the most noisy fan in the wall which came on during the night several times, meaning a very broken nights sleep.||Breakfast is okay, fresh fruit and bagels/bread to toast, small selection...

We stayed at the Hyatt for Christmas. We came in early from a long day of traveling and the staff was very helpful and helped us check in early as soon as we arrived. Throughout the stay, everyone was helpful. The breakfast is great and the rooms were modern and clean. Very nice and clean hotel with free parking and free breakfast. It has swimming pool and fitness room. The room is very quiet and comfortable. Next to the hotel, there is a 10 km walking and biking trail along the beautiful river. Easy access to everything. Would like to recommend this hotel...
