NEVER EVER GO TO DR. KUNAL NARANG AT SUNRISE DENTAL!!! Terrible experience, Very unresponsive, Just a money making dental clinic, Misguides patient and Take advantage of patient suffering in severe pain to make extraneous money. VERY DISAPPOINTING !!

I had to visit the clinic, in absence of my primary dentist to get an Root Canal [RC] done. Taking advantage of the situation Dr. Narang forced me to get a Scaling done for that tooth prior to RC - as he claimed that - RC can't be performed without Scaling. [COMPLETELY MADE UP] This is inspite of the fact that I got a full dental Scaling done, a month prior to that. However, due to sheer trust I agreed for the treatment.

But the worst was yet to come -

1. Even my primary doctor was SHOCKED and questioned him the reason for 'Scaling' in case of an RC? But this dentist never bothered to reply in a sane manner.

2. He charged me for Scaling of an entire quadrant - whereas performed scaling just for a particular tooth

3. The crown that he fixed on the tooth, came off within a few hours. Not once but twice after his treatment. I later had to buy an Over the counter dental cement to fix this - which worked better than his dental material. I wonder what LOW QUALITY of material he uses??

4. This dentist did not bother even once to reply on the queries on phone, email, on personal visits and in fact completely held himself back, for anything that happens to the tooth or the crown - once his treatment was over. Never provided any proper guidance or next steps for the crown issue, requirement of scaling or cement used for final RC filling.

I have never had such a bad experience with the doctors in the US and it is such a shame to experience this from an Indian doctor.

5. On escalating the complaint to concerned authorities, this guy changed his statement and claimed that Scaling was done to get rid of the food struck in tooth area. IMAGINE??? Food Stuck in tooth area - will that ever call for a ROOT CANAL treatment? Completely Insane.

If you want to save your tooth and your money - never ever go to Sunrise...

I absolutely dread the dentist. I was forced to call in after spending 2 days in pain from an erupting wisdom tooth and inflamed cheek/jaw. I was new in town and also haven’t been in for a cleaning for over a year due to the pandemic. I called in inquiring about cleaning and possible wisdom extraction and they were able to fit me in the next day. As a new patient, I was able to fill out all the forms online, which made it super quick and efficient when checking in at the office. I was able to be seen as soon as I got in and I was relieved to see all the COVID precautions and protocols that they were following.

Per their recommendation, I ended up doing a deep cleaning (scaling) and extracting both the top and bottom wisdoms on my right side. I was not prepared to have 2 teeth pulled and coupled with severe anxiety, I started crying as soon as they administered the local anesthesia shots. Super, super embarrassing. Edina and Dr. Christine were so amazingly kind and patient with me. I was so scared and I truly felt their care and concern for me. Dr. Kunal, who did the extraction, was also very nice. He pulled the top one in less than 30 seconds and the bottom one, which was impacted and near a nerve, took a little longer and the amount of pressure was pretty intense. They also took a blood graft beforehand from my arm to insert into the bottom wisdom hole and stitched me up nicely to help promote healing. Overall, it was relatively painless and a lot quicker than I imagined.

They gave great aftercare instructions and Edina even messaged me the next day to see how I was doing. I can’t thank Edina, Dr. Christine and Dr. Kunal enough for making the process of getting wisdom teeth extracted a lot less traumatizing than I’ve heard it can be. Especially thankful for Edina, who was an absolute angel and reassured me every single step of the way that I was going to be okay. She definitely deserves a raise for having to deal with difficult patients like...

Dr. Kunal and his clinic is the best dental clinic I found in Redmond. I have been going to this clinic for almost 3 years, and everytime I visit, it was always a best experience for me. The receptionist, staff and the doctor are very friendly and courteous in making you very comfortable and take away any fears that I have. .

I had a very complicated dental situation. I had two of my teeth already done root canal at my home country couple of years back. On one day, the cap came off, causing the inside teeth to break down vertically while eating. This also caused deep infection in the root of the teeth inside gums. I got really scared as the pain was horrible and consulted Dr. Kunal on this.

After doing X-ray and close examination, Dr. Kunal gave very detailed review of my situation and presented me multiple options on how I can get my tooth restored. He explained to me each of the option and gave me confidence on the best approach that he recommended (which is deep root canal by injecting medicine in the roots to heal gum infection).

Dr. Kunal and staff makes a very comforting environment before starting the treatment, and did a fabulous job in treating my broken tooth. He never rushes to finishing off the treatment, but instead patiently gets you the perfect dental treatment. I never had any pain after going home, nor any discomfort.

He was very approachable and gives patients the first priority. I had apprehensions of dry socket, and called Dr.Kunal at late hours. He attended the call, patiently answered me and even asked me to come down to clinic on a weekend if I am still having fears. I have never seen any doctor giving such priority to patients even when its closing hours for them. Woww.

This makes me highly recommend Sunrise to everyone. This is the best dental facility I have seen, and I completely trust Dr. Kunal on his expertise. Thank...
