Action Camera's sales rep helped me out with selecting a proper tripod. The sales rep was attentive and patient with my amateurish questions. Specifically, he demonstrated a few tripods and fluid head combinations. He continued to explain features and pointed out areas of concern. Bottom line, Action Camera pieced together what I was looking for into a functional apparatus. After 10 minutes of tripod demonstrations, I was able to make my selection with confidence. Thanks Action Camera for being in tune with my requests.

Read moreI hate posting negative reviews. But they deserve one. I went in for a specific item, which cost three times morw than other places. I prefer to shop local, so I held off on buying what I needed.
They say the buy unique cameras (vintage and retro). I confirmed twice in person and called before bringing in my collection to have it viewed. I know my items are worthless, but I wanted to discuss film, photography, and developing film.
They passed me over so dismissively. No one gave me the time of day, they rolled their eyes and didn't want to help me. I left so upset and cried on the way home. I wanted to discuss film, photography, film development, etc.
They killed my dream by being so rude and dismissive.
I am a human, a person with feelings. Do better as a company. You lost a potentially great client to Amazon/other companies.

Read moreAction Camera went out of their way to help me with my issue. I'm a 25 year professional and my D5 Nikon crashed mirrorbox. I called a few cameras stores in Reno trying to solve my problems. So my company had 3 equestrian shows this weekend and I had a old D4 as my backup Body. Quality was a issue for this event using this body and Brian had the solution and sold me a D500 to get similar quality I was getting on my D5. D5 is off to NY to be rebuild and the show goes on with high quality images for my customers. Best part of the story is Brian took time out of his day to deliver the camera to me with out me leaving the event. Thank you Sir and thank you Action Camera for taking time to help.
