Unfortunately, this is real -Update to my previous positive review- within minutes of posting a positive review what I feel was a bait and switch happened. if you went to their website, they have a 2025 blue Silverado EV that advertised a payment of $536 per month and $3036 down. Come to find out you only get that if you qualify for a GM rebate âUS GM EV Tour Experience Allowance - 25-10SFVâ. That rebate is $3750. I was told I donât qualify. When I asked why I was told I would have to get a code from a GM employee to be able to use that rebate. I said â like an employee discount or pricing?â They said yes. Nowhere on their website does it say that that rebate is a GM employee discount. I have multiple rebates sent to me from GM because I work for Boeing. one that I have a dollar amount from says $1750 off. They didnât even give me that Because and I quote it doesnât show up. I donât have anywhere to click. Just to give all the info I can to help others especially all 36000 Boeing employees, here is the numbers I was working with on the advertised lease. â˘Monthly payment- $536 per month â˘10000 miles per year â˘24 months â˘MSRP- $78125 â˘Documentation Fee- $200 â˘Dealer Discount- $3281 â˘Starting Price- $74844
â˘GM US GM EV Tour Experience Allowance - 25-10SFV- $3750 â˘Due At Signing- $3036 *Excludes tax, title & fees
I had a trade that by the end they had $5000 positive equity I had a Costco executive discount- $1250 The GM supplier discount sent from GM-$1750
So Iâm told I did not qualify for the gym discount code. They had on their website of $3750. I donât agree with that but to make things easy letâs just agree that I donât qualify for that given the advertisement and the numbers that we had agreed upon because I did double check before driving down there. I should be able to add that number to the down payment thatâs being requested on the website for a total of. ⢠$6786 plus tax and licensing to get monthly payment of $536
So Iâll give them another discount code again, even though I donât agree with it and this one was sent to me by GM so I should if nothing else get this one and the Cosco one but will assume all I have is my positive equity on my car and the Cosco discount That total is
$6250 on my end
Letâs do some basic math shall we-
$6786 what they say I need to pay -$6250 what they say I have to pay This equals (oddly) $536 left for me to pay along with tax and licensing
I tried to make this point a few times and was told I am wrong. Math doesnât lie. I even asked how it would work if I came in with that money in cash no trade or discount. Was told it would still be the same. Just a note- it would not be the same if for nothing else when you have a trade the entire trade value taxable amount comes off of the new vehicle tax.
now I get to sit in 405 traffic and drive back to Marysville to say the very least I am upset. I canât remember the last time I was this upset.
I am not going to call back. I was ran through the wringer and gave up way to much time to do a deal I was told on multiple occasions was confirmed before I gave up that time and drove down. You want to make the situation better you have all my contact info. I will not be reaching out to deal with more unethical shady...
Read moreThis is a place where no body have to go for car service they messed up our car, we went there for oil change and service because we heard some voice on our car and oil service was due, then they changed Belt after the oil change and belt was fixed after almost half day they said it was done and when we paid the amount of money they asked, then when we were about to head to home and put on our engine our car showed engine light which never was there and on the early inspection all our engine was all good and they said to pull it in again and we were waiting in the lobby then they said was just a sensor issue and everything was okay then ehen we were on the road heading home the light came back again when we call the service advisor Deonte Sykes he doesn't pick up we left him a VoiceMail which wasnt responded and on the corresponding day we called him back he said to come back then when we did he said they couldn't inspecte it at noon only in the morning n we should have to wait till tuesday and today when we take our car they inspected and said it was there mistake they broke the Air Pipe which is there mechanics negligence which they weren't ashamed of it after they fixed it they said they had a warranty fot the Air Box Pipe which comes with the box but they would give us any evidence that they broke it or not transparency if the material they broke is really replaced, is original and other materials aren't damaged! The manager Kevin Riordian we tried to talk to him he disrespect us even didnt give as a value he just come by and said he only have that what he could do, we were standing even didnt take us to his office thats how he disrespect as from the beginning with out hearing our complaint he just judged as with our skin color and said he will not do a thing and we can call our lawyers and when we ask a written consent for the verbalized words he said he doesnt have any written consent for us! I wish there was a 0 star rating they dont deserve any! We fear to go out in the road and drive freely, they risk ours and other life just because of there negligence! They were supposed to reassure as there was no other missing or broken and transparent everything and even gove us writes warranty related to parts around the Belt! I suggest noone should go there for service! I have already contacted state advisors and lawyers and they gave me several options to report this to several places both nationally and in the state of the road and if necessary sue the owner of this place for losses for each time that our car is there, have been broken and the risk they put on everyone. Good is the only name they got but no...
Read moreI showed up with my own financing at this dealership, I test-drove the vehicle I was more than happy with it and I was ready to sit down and purchase the vehicle I was told I would need to do a backup contract never in my life have I ever heard of a backup contract until this day, I was told it was for purposes of not receiving funds if my finance didnât go through with my bank. The backup contact would of meant them re-running my credit which I did not want to do. Please be also be aware that Iâm an employee of Navy Federal so I know our terms and agreement, along with your policy. When it comes to Navy Federalâs policies, the dealership is required to fill the check out in front of our member, but this dealership has not been doing that as stated by the employee I was working with, who also stated that they work with us all the time. People were leaving their checks and waiting for the check to clear they wouldnât do their so-called backup contract. I donât know about you, but Iâm not comfortable leaving a check and a vehicle I wish to purchase at a location Iâm purchasing it from instead of bringing it home with me that day. If Navy Federal was aware that they had been doing this we would not be doing business with them and in short, I did contact Navy Federal about this instance and this issue and theyâre working on handling it so this dealership will longer be working with Navy Federal finance. The same sales person contacted me the next day and asked if I was still interested in the vehicle and I told him unfortunately I was no longer interested, and again he brought up the fact that it was policy, which I completely understand and I even told him over the phone that, I had talked with our financial team who agreed this was not okay and actions would be taken(basically meaning the dealership will be blacklisted). Upon being told this, the employee wasnât very happy with me. The tone changed very drastically with me. He became very upset from what I could hear inhis voice and said that's great bye and then hung...
