I can tell you with the utmost honesty, DO NOT GET PHOTOS TAKEN WITH THIS COMPANY. For parents of graduating students, you will get an email telling you to schedule your session, stick with the free one. When all said and done, we didn't even have to pay the extra money for the sitting fee because the school had a free session. The day of our appointment, my son arrived a little early. The photographer started the 15 minute session early. When I arrived on time, we were rushed. We were told we would get an email in a couple days for ordering. Weeks went by, I finally reached out but their contact hours are so limited over the phone I had to send an email. We received the proofs months after the sitting. I didn't like any of the photos really, but I finally made a few edits and choices we could work with. After you make choices, there are a series of additional screens to confirm which photos you want printed. I didn't take notice at the time, the choices had reverted back to the unedited photos. At the payment screen or after payment is entered, the photos chosen are not shown. Shortly after payment, I received the digital prints and they were not correct. I immediately contacted them to notify these were not the photos I chose. Of course some days later, I received the incorrect prints as well. From start, the customer service was of no assistance. I was told those were what I ordered and no other communication or alternative was provided. I contacted again and this time was told there were no refunds and that was communicated multiple times before I purchased. I advised I did not and was not asking for a refund but at minimum the corrected digital prints. To date, I am still receiving unhelpful responses via email only. Save money and time and book a local photographer for this special moment. This entire experience was a waste of $440.00.
Update: Then to respond with an absolute lie further makes my point. No one from your company has ever spoken to me over the phone and I have every email communication (2 responses) that simply states what you just repeated in this response regarding your policy. Additionally, the FREE sitting at the school was only communicated after the fact. My son's photos were deleted from database as of 6/30/2024, allegedly, and honestly, that is the only good news to come...
Read moreI share the same frustration expressed by many other reviewers regarding the exorbitant prices charged by the photography company contracted by our school district. My personal experience underscores the concerns about not only cost but also service quality.
I attended a session priced at $60, which promised a 20-minute sitting for my son’s yearbook photo. Regrettably, the session was cut short to about half that time due to the high volume of students being processed, more akin to an assembly line than a photo shoot. This rushed approach compromised the attention to detail; I found myself adjusting my son's shirt and gown as the photographer seemed indifferent to presenting him in his best light.
The company’s claim that their pricing is competitive is hard to reconcile with the reality many of us are experiencing. The lack of reasonably priced alternatives makes this situation even more disappointing. It's disheartening that the school district has chosen to partner with a provider that seemingly prioritizes profit over quality and affordability.
In response to this situation, I, along with other concerned parents, plan to voice our dissatisfaction to the district. It’s crucial that our schools are aligned with companies that uphold not only the value of service but also ensure that all families have access to affordable options. We hope our collective feedback will encourage the school district to reconsider their contract with this photography provider, fostering a more inclusive and considerate environment for capturing these...
Read moreIt’s an absolute shame when you can’t even buy your senior kids photos because they are charging absolutely ridiculous prices for the photos. 1st off charged $50 for a appointment to have two outfit changes plus cap and gown and for only a 30 min appointment. Only to find out a week after the appointment the cheapest photo they have to purchase is one photo one pose for $80 what the actual hell. You want me to pay $80 for one photo shame on you. That is absolutely absurd. For all her photos $700 🤦♀️ it’s really sad. Can’t even get her cap and gown photos because they are charging such ridiculous prices. This makes me so extremely upset. Not a single affordable package deal. To take advantage of such a special moment is such a shame should be a crime charging prices like that. Luckily I have an amazing sister coming down to take her photos because clowns like these companies trying to take advantage of people. I will never purchase photos from them ever again.
Edit: 8/15 reply you stated you offer $20 packages however it states you have to spend $300 first in order to receive that. So that’s a lie. And the packages I was looking at was for the digital. That’s what makes...
