Sugarcane Juice Bar — Restaurant in Richmond Heights

Travelled 45 minutes to drink the cane juice for the first time . The lady at the counter is too slow …waited for almost 20 mins fortunately there was only one customer a head of us. Once we got we the juice she didn’t even let me take at least a one longer drinking straw available at the counter literally questioned with a rude face , why do you need one I already gave you one with juice ..

Spent almost ~$40 for the juices, is taking an extra drinking straw unreasonable??
