LOFT — Local services in Richmond Heights

I'm not generally one to gripe on reviews, but here's why I felt the need:

1. The layout/organizational scheme was very confusing. I was looking for jeans, which seems simple enough, but the jeans were spread out and hidden (sometimes hung on a rack with shirts and other clothes) throughout the store, so it was very difficult to know what all the styles and available sizes were.

2. Had I found a pair of jeans I liked, I would have purchased them in-store. I didn't find any this time around, but had initially planned to look online; however, I fit pants anywhere from a 27 (size 4) to a 30 (size 10) in the styles in the store - as such, I have no confidence that I could purchase pants online that would fit.

3. No one in the store acknowledged my presence the entire time I was there (~30-40 min). I don't need to be waited on by hand and foot by any means, but a simple "hello", or "can I help you find anything" would have been nice, especially since I DID have something specific I was looking for, and as I mentioned, the layout was not very helpful. The store was pretty empty so they were definitely not too busy to say hi. I was within 5 feet of folks working there several times with no interaction.

Bummed because my friend loves Loft jeans and recommended them highly, but I probably won't be returning to have...

I like Loft and I almost always find something I like. You have great sales, so I always feel like I am getting a deal. The quality is great. Some things just don’t fit right. And the reviews of those reviews back that up. However, I have only one real problem. There is a woman who works at the Loft I go to that always seems rude and offensive. I dread going in that store because I’m afraid she’ll be there. I don’t want to get her fired, so I’ve never complained. I’m not sure how to handle it. It’s almost like she has a personal vendetta against me. What do you suggest...

I am a heavier woman but not outrageous heavy...when asked where the plus sizes were they told me we don't carry this in the store..you have to order your clothes online only...It made me feel very body shamed and embarrassed...they don't know my story and to Judge people due to size is ridiculous...I work long hours..I am very active outdoors..I am not lazy or as the way I felt in there...a pig...I don't like the body shaming on anyone...again no one knows what health issues people have...shame on you...you actually lost 2 customers that...
