I literally came to see if I could get my cushions that were on warranty to be ordered... And I got so much more. It was a bummer that my covers were no longer available... No longer being made, but I did find a better softer cover that I ended up replacing for my entire set. Just like email, prior to making a purchase, you get to pick a scratch off ticket that rewards anywhere from free covers to free financing up to 24 months, and even 40,% off. I won the free cover which is worth $180 bucks.... At least. I also asked about reconfiguring my couch and did learn there is a deep back you can purchase which comes with free cover... So super bonus. LOVESAC is also offering military discount 5% off everything. I remember working with the store clerk, Jen from there years ago, and it's good to know she's still helping everyone find the best deal. Also, if you ever go to a store, always ask if they have any floor models, or inserts that they need to get rid of. Sometimes shipping makes mistakes and stores ended up with extra covers, cushions, etc. The store offers 60% discount on those items. So lesson learned, if you have a LOVESAC store near you.... Visit! Not only did I end up having 60% on replacing my covers, but also scores from covers, and free cover for the large pillow I ordered ($460). Awesome!!! And....0% financing for 24 months. My husband and I were thinking it's time to buy a new sofa & loveseat. Out of curiosity, we walked into the Lovesac store at the St. Louis Galleria yesterday. We asked a lot of questions, learned a lot about the "sactionals" they offer and were blown away by the friendliness, level of service, knowledge & expertise shown by Olivia and Naomi. We came back again that evening to explore other options, & predictably, I came up with a slew of other questions. Olivia was so kind during our visits & encouraged me to reach out with any other questions. I emailed her multiple times to ask about various things & to explore the cost of different add-ons; Olivia was unfailingly gracious and helpful. I'm getting ready to place my order, but couldn't have felt nearly so confident about my choices without all of the assistance provided by Olivia & Naomi. I also want to note that there was never any pressure on me to buy; the product was presented and demonstrated and the decisions were all left for me to make, in my own time. This was a great experience, thanks to the wonderful people at this location....

While my experience at the store was positive and the guarantees all sounded good, along with the versatility, I’ve been incredibly disappointed overall. First of all, getting my sactional delivered and put together was a nightmare, even though it was paid for. And I hate my sactional. I got leather for durability and the seams are hard and unforgiving making it very uncomfortable to sit or lie on. The cushions don’t stay together so there are gaps between them. I also got the storage bases and they are slightly smaller than the regular bases and the Velcro doesn’t stick well to keep the cushions in place. As far as the added electrical—it’s a great idea in theory but by the time you put the cushions in place it’s very hard to utilize. I’m so disappointed in this sactional for what I paid. And I know there is a return timeframe, but mine hit when COVID-19 began so I couldn’t return it. I emailed customer service twice and they told me someone would contact me. It’s been 5 months and I’ve never heard from anyone. I wish I had never...
