All I did was come back and polish my original review from when I first posted it, and she replied the way she did below. Again, childish, rude, and not professional at all. The same way my post was ignored three years ago, the updated version could’ve been ignored as well. You are in my prayers. You will learn one day.

Unprofessional, rude, and dismissive, Hannah showed no regard for my time or feelings. While this establishment does excellent work, my experience today was deeply disappointing. My appointment was canceled eighteen minutes before it was scheduled, and the treatment I received was shockingly unprofessional.

The business recently had a price increase. I made my appointment based on the old price listed and simply asked if it could be honored, as I have a paper trail. Hannah’s response was dismissive and unnecessarily harsh. Instead of a straightforward answer, she canceled my appointment ten minutes later. When I left an audio note to clarify that I had no issue, she refused to listen and told me to stop contacting her.

I’ve been getting my services from this studio for a little under a year now. I usually scheduled my waxes with Amy and she was the best! Amy no longer works there so i’ve been booking with hannah. I was okay with Hannah until I showed up 10 minutes late to my appointment due to highway traffic. I walked in and she was slouching at the front counter with an irritated frown on her face and her hand on her hip. the remainder of the appointment was awkward and uncomfortable. when I went to pay she informs me that last week she stopped taking cashapp/ paypal and only took zelle/ cash payments.
