Warby Parker Cary Court — Attraction in Richmond

The Carytown crew at Warby Parker is the BEST team you would ever want to interact with! They are all so very helpful and kind! When I came to my first appointment, the first eye exam of the day, I was a few minutes early (before they opened) and William opened the door for me so I wasn’t standing out in the cold and started my service early by allowing me to walk around and browse the glasses before Dr. Trinh! Dr. Trinh was absolutely lovely, so professional, and walked me through the entire process!

Today, I was in for an adjustment and out the door in 5 minutes after a perfect fix to my glasses! I didn’t catch the name of the two individuals that helped me today but they were great!

I had a professional eye exam and purchased a great pair of prescription lenses and frames for a very reasonable cost. The store is beautiful, the people warm and welcoming, and their expertise in examinations strong. I’d recommend going here to anyone. I’ve had eye exams for years conducted by an experienced, ophthalmologist with 14-years of education that weren’t as thorough as the one I had at Warby Parker. Plus, the whole experience is so simple and there wasn’t any waiting. I’ve been into a few Warby stores and the aesthetic of this one might just be my favorite. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help if you have any questions. Shout out to Albert who answered all my stupid questions and gave me honest feedback about which glasses actually looked good on me. He was definitely the reason I ended up leaving having ordered 3 pairs (you can’t not take advantage of a good sale).
