Pro Computer Inc. — Attraction in Riverdale

We moved to Utah less than a year ago and knew we needed a new computer soon. We visited Pro Computer Inc. and immediately knew we had our computer team for any needs now and in the future. The owner Lowell was enthusiastic and extremely helpful as were his staff Martin and Sage. Our old computer had become obsolete and they were able to transfer everything onto the new computer we purchased. Lowell assessed our needs and did not try to upsale us, yet he put us in the correct situation we needed. Also, we opted for the anti-virus/security they use and recommended. We also purchased a V3 television package which is amazing. Finally, we also purchased a 27" used computer monitor which makes viewing our desktop more pleasant with no eye strain. I couldn't have asked for a better team and highly recommend them to everyone with similar needs. Being a transplant to Utah, we were going on blind faith that we may find a reputable tech company to serve our needs. We are very grateful to Pro Computer Inc. I recently had my laptop damaged and hadn't a clue what was wrong with it. I put my request seeking help among a ton of businesses 25 miles near me. G. Lowell was the first to respond within an hour and answered all my questions in a way that a person with limited computer knowledge like me would understand. Once he diagnosed the problem he offered me several options to choose, explaining and weighing them to me. I decided to got a new laptop he built as the cheapest and ultimately better option. I am loving it better than my last computer, I still have all my old data and it runs ten times faster. Additionally, he cut me a good deal on expanding the solid state drive. G. Lowell is a computer user advocate, educator and professional. If I ever need a piece of tech to be looked at, Pro Computer Inc. is my first choice...

Worst Customer Service Ever. I took my computer in to get fixed, over a week later went back, because I never received a phone call and they broke my computer. They called me and my whole family liars and made me pay for a service that never was done. Instead of helping me get the information off of the computer they said I had to buy some expensive stuff to have it done. I called back a little later because I noticed they only gave me half of the computer back and when I said I was missing some parts they called me a liar again, but the parts were at the store and they had kept them instead of giving them back. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. The owner was very rude and discourteous. Very bad business was going...
