Will gladly drive to another location, customer service is terrible. Older Lady with the blunt shoulder length cut with bangs is SO aggressive and rude. I made an online return, she started by very loudly criticizing past customers whom have returned online purchases with something else in the box just to get money back- demanding the girl she was training to look into the box. Even though she had not stepped foot around the counter yet to look into the massive open box I brought in prior to being so rude. She proceeded to berate me by saying I should’ve just called customer service to which I responded I used a coupon to purchase another one and got it cheaper and was coming to the store anyways, to which she scoffed. I felt bad for the lady she was training, such horrible display of customer service to follow! Oddly enough, this is not the first time I’ve had a bad interaction with this lady. Last time I was here she was yelling at a coworker for not eating the shrimp salad she personally made her while ringing my purchases. I chose not to make any further purchases here after today, such a shame your store has someone so tasteless serving the public. God forbid you make an online return- she took my product back while saying “oh I can still sell this! Someone will by this!” It had a cracked frame, see picture, and avoid buying it for full price if you see it. I was never given an apology for the inconvenience I went through. I should’ve just called customer service as I’m positive it would’ve been a much better experience. I’ll be letting them know of my experience be over...

I must be the only one with the bad experience, last time I shopped there I asked the the lady to double my bags since it was heavy ...she tells me they’re running low on bags hmmmmm why and how is a store that charges an arm and a leg out of plastic bags rust cost 10 cents ? ALL THE PRICES IN THIS STORE ARE ALWAYS INCORRECT ANS THE CASHIERS MAKE UP YHIER OWN ITS RIDICULOUS...a painting had a red sticker on it that said 34.99 and the cashier argued and said no it’s just a demo ..hmmm so why are there like 3 with the same price? The so called “sale prices “ are never what the signs advertise like they use a marker with hand written prices to exclude like a majority of the things customers would want to buy, it’s really upsetting since I’ve spent so muc money there ...sale sign will say 50% of fall items and then when I take it to the cashier she says oh no not those ...and not that and not this ..ok, and other day I walk in they were handing a printed paper saying 20 percent of off any purchase and when I take it the counter she says only on Thai and that ...when clearly the girl handing out the coupon at the door said it’s for everything in the store smh please train your staff to be more helpful and treat...
