A friend of mine and I were out having a girls day on Thursday, and she introduced me to this consignment shop. Well, I went back two more times the next day with my husband to purchase some great pieces for our home. The selection of fun home finds and clothing is never ending. It is a place that lets your mind run free with creativity. All items are staged so well and gives inspiration for your own style. I felt that everything was priced quite reasonably. I love hunting for treasures, but sometimes I get overwhelmed going into a Goodwill or Savers to hunt for fun treasures. Here, everything is so open and not cluttered which allows you to view everything with ease. What is even better than the items, is the customer service. Everyone is so kind, but Jes is absolute gem. I do not know many people who remember you from the day prior, and helps you put together pieces and ideas for your home. Jes offered to let me move things around and play with the items in the store to find what would work for some things I was purchasing. I knew what I liked, but had a hard time visioning it all together, especially since we bought a home a few years ago and haven’t decorated it yet. Jes helped me pick out decor and pieces to tie everything together, and am so excited to set it all up. She is also wonderful to chat with. My husband and I have other pieces in mind and will most certainly be back. Highly recommend stopping into this shop and the one next door! Support local...
Read moreI make a point of visiting this shop every time I come to Rochester. Today, I found out after being rung up, that they now charge you 4% to use a credit card. I was told like it was some great thing to save small businesses so much money... But that's just ridiculous. Credit card fees are a part of doing business & if you don't like it, become cash only. I've run my own small business for over 10 years. I'm sure I've spent thousands in fees, but I also know I've gotten a LOT of customers' business because I accept credit cards. We don't all have cash all the time. I think this was a poor choice on their part. Your customers make you. Stop nickel...
Read moreVery rude, I was looking at buying a purse that was 90 dollars, so I asked out of curiosity if they authenticate, the worker responded “we don’t take fakes, but no we don’t authenticate” super rudely, I felt embaressed and like it was not an environment I would want to purchase from. The purse was questionable, it did feel fake, that’s why I asked. Then at the end the cashier couldn’t figure out how to ring me up after taking ten minutes to try, no one helped her and she tried to send me next door to do it, I ended up just not buying it. Other than all this, they have some cool things, and it’s...
