Target Optical — Attraction in Rockford Township

I thought was a good place but I see it is not & here we go again & I gave them 5 stars previous but I will re track them of what they have quote me on 1/02/2023 was $ 39.00 then when I went back on 1/04/2023 it had change to more money like 260.00 a $221 difference & I also ask when & they told me that my insurance company ask for that & I just called my insurance company today 01/06/2023 & then they told me is was no claim for the $260.00 & I would like to know why these Eye Glasses place are taking advantage of their Customers hard money because now I will investigate all their shenanigans & that why I didn't like Target once before I stop coming them but I gave the benefit of the doubt but now I really done with this Company & there were no explaining why I had to pay that amount of $260 dollars at all. & since they want to take advantage without explaining then what is the previous of going when it was quote one price & it jump to another price & the way everything is going up & when you are on a set amount income you can't can afford what you can afford if your insurance will handle it but when you are treated without any respect & not telling the Customer why then why go back there & they lost my vote completely & I am so sorry Target you were very wrong for this not explaining that amount & I'm the wrong one & I was willing to bring people to you but you can squash that & after you treated me no thanks & this is not fair at all . So I think is a real wake call. Just cancel whatever I had & you have a good day. P.S....

I called last week to schedule an appointment for a recheck because since going a few weeks ago I’ve gotten more migraines than usual. I was told that the first available was today at 5:30 so I booked it or so I thought. I get to the supposed to be appointment with a migraine already brewing to be told I didn’t have an appointment. Along with a host of other ridiculous questions. Claiming whoever the patient was that had the appointment time called and cancelled. That patient isn’t me and I could care less. I took my grandmother to see Judy Chanthalangsy OD. Her and the staff at Target Optical are top notch! They are very professional and helpful. Judy took her time with my grandma and helped her arrange a referral to have her cataracts removed. She also assisted her in picking out the best eye glasses.
