If I could give 0 star, I would do it. Total rip off. We went there to buy back to school supply. After paying $220.00 only received one bag of items and they kept the rest for themselves to sell again to others. When my husband challenged the cashier, and asked, how everything is only in one bag, he confirmed and said yes. Then when we were leaving the cashier asked if we need a big bag for backpack since it was rainy, so we got another bag, just for that and he put also a folder inside that. When we got home and checked the items, find out only 40% of our purchase were in the bag. We called next morning, and explained the situation and they said, there is a bag there. My husband went there, but that wasn't our bag. We asked them for the rest of the items, and asked them to check their security camera recording. The guy went to their office and checked it and came back and said that we have received 3 bags. Since I was sure I only received 2 bags, I asked the manger to show me the footage but he said no so I challenged him again to check the footage again. He went back and checked again and this time he said, yes there was 2 bags, but the cashier had put the 3rd bag inside of the big bag which had backpack in it. This wasn't even possible because, when I received my only bag and wanted to leave , the cashier offers a bag for the backpack because of the rain, so there was no way for him to put another bag in it, since we were already leaving. Also the backpack is not missing so any bag inside the same backpack's bag also can't be missing. I challenged the guy/manager to only take a picture of the footage at the moment that shows 3 bags with his cell phone and show it to me, but he said no, he won't do that. We paid $220.00 and got only $100.00 worth of goods. They should be ashamed of themselves that take money form people like us, and not giving them what they already have...

I came in this morning to print my son’s sixth birthday. you went behind the counter I asked if I could please invitation order with a rush which normally comes out within an hour she said she’d have it ready by the evening today is Friday I need to have them before school lets out understand that she’s perhaps busy but Staples always does rush orders typically in an hour or two because you pay extra. With a very horrible attitude she said you can do it yourself in the print. OK so I go to print station you can’t put card stock in the Self Serve printer. Then they come out a huge 8 x 11 card so I asked her excuse me would you please help me make them four to a page she said no. I said I just need them to be smaller she said you have to do an order with me behind the counter and I have to edit. OK I’m happy to do the order behind the counter no problem but can you please take my order and have it ready before 2 PM it is currently 10 AM that’s four hours she said no. So what do you want me to do I’m gonna to catch 22 if I order with you it’s not ready until the evening or on Monday if I do self service it comes out and 8 x 11 huge car. None of this makes sense so I go get the manager and the manager is this willy-nilly lady Who goes to her associate and really doesn’t say anything they just stand there chatting about me while I’m a few feet away. This whole morning was a waste of time and infuriating !! People are busy people go to Staples for rush jobs because they need it done in the next few hours correct that’s why they charge double usually for a rush order. I just don’t understand why you have to drive 20 minutes away now to go to another Staples who said yes we’re happy to do it within the next 30 minutes for you. The Print/Ordering department has a man that works there by the name of "Kelton" every time I go there to pick up an order or to drop off a return he is there. He has the nastiest attitude. I went there to pick up an order. Im in line and he is been working with these customer. Not once did he acknowledge me or the other person waiting. its going into 10 minutes. Nothing no greeting. Its not like they were busy, he is simply talking with this customer. All I had to do was to pick up an order that has already been pre paid. He goes in the back I then yell out an excuse sir. He nastily gave me a side eye and yells back Ill be with you when I'm done and rolled his eyes. Very uncalled for. Mind you that this is my 3rd encounter with this guy from past visits. Finally he gets to me, no apologies or anything. Goes back to that room, and gets my order and slides my order to me. No thank you for waiting or anything. Associaties here are very scarce. Very poor customer service. Long lines, and staff are not friendly. Not once do I see a manager present. Save the canned responses when replying to reviews because words are meaningless. Train your staff better. Hire better staff or retrain Kelton in print department. Also take your Amazon packages elsewhere because there is also issues...
