Store has pretty good products and reasonable prices. My negative experience is alot of their items are not price labeled. I always have to bring things to price check or waive an associate down for assistance. Very time consuming. Has brought to associate attention several times to see if store will fix the issue but seems never goes anywhere. So decided to go ahead and leave a review. Probably won't fix the issue but atleast I tried and other customers can know.
On 07/06/2023 at about 7:30p, I went to the store. I looked at some dumbbells that didn't have prices. After a few mins trying to find labels, an associate walked by. I waived him down and asked if he could help me find prices for the dumbbells. He looked at me and kept walking. He then stopped and came back as if he was being bothered. He flipped a couple of the dumbbells around and said, "no." I honestly wasn't surprised he said that by the way he had acted, like he didn't want to help. After a moment, he said for me to bring the dumbbells to price check them and walked away. There were dumbbells of all weights. I guess he expected me to carry, or put the dumbbells in a cart, and carry/stroll them over to a price check. 10lb, 15lb, 20lb, 25, 30, 35... 65, 70, 75. (You get the picture). Annoyed and having wasted time, I gave up. I can shop for them elsewhere.
Went to get some cooking wood at their firewood/charcoal section. Got there and alot of the product did not have price labels or were not in the correct places to correspond with price labels. I wanted to purchase their post oak wood but again, no price. After examining several labels in the area (again consuming time) couldn't find the price. Thought twice about just leaving but can't really find this wood in my area so went ahead and carried it to go find a price check.
Walked through grill area to look at smokers. Found one I liked but again, no price tag. After examining several price labels in area (consuming more time) with no success, decided to just find help. Couldn't find an associate, but found a (press for help) button. Pressed it. After waiting several mins, no one came. Found an associate walking around so waived down for help. Went to smoker and associate looked and couldn't find price either. Associate used a device, don't remember if was a phone or store device, but after a few mins said the smoker was $399. Asked the associate to help find price for the box of wood I was carrying around to find a price check. Associate helped. Told associate that it's hard to find prices on their items sometimes before associate left. Went and took photos of the dumbbells, wood display, and smoker so can do this review. Annoyed having wasted so much time hunting price tags to give the store business, purchased the wood and left.
Got home and did research on the smoker because really contemplating going back for it. Come to find out, the associate didn't even give correct price. Found another smoker they carry that was similar for $399. I should have bought it when I was told it was $399, when in fact it's $549.99. Such a waste of time going there. A 10-15 min trip there is easily prolonged by 3 - 4 times. Pretty annoying...

The associate put me on hold then returned stating they had 2 sets and that he āput eyes on both of them.ā I went ahead and paid online and was onsite an hour later for pickup. After waiting nearly 20 minutes they finally brought the box to me. The box had obviously been opened and one club had been removed from its packaging. I asked for them to bring the other box for examination and possible switch. When the clerk asked the man who was to do it to get the other box, his response was to tell me that he had no idea where they were. Then he said the box that had been brought to me came straight off the truck. Letās see. Guy on phone said he laid eyes on them both. Couldnāt do that if they were on a truck. When I asked if he could check, given this was an expensive purchase, he rolled his eyes and said that it would take a while because he needed to register a boat. I said ok and told all of them Iād use the time to decide if I would seek a refund. He headed for the back of the store and radioed back that he couldnāt find it. Iām not surprised since he hadnāt even made it to the golf clubs when he made that call. I kept the clubs as they appeared in new condition. The store has good product but horrible customer service. Check around folks. You can find whatever you want with other vendors. I will never recommend this store to anyone for anything. They get 2 stars for the cashier. The disrespect of the employee...

Shorts range up 19.99 when them and 15 others were on a rack with a big sign saying they were 9.99. They didnāt believe me and I had to take the guy to the floor to show him. If they racked them wrong. That isnāt my problem.
Well he handed me off to a new sales lady who still rang it up as 19.99 , while also scanning and voiding all the shorts multiple times for some reason. So much that I couldnāt follow what she was ringing or not. and I didnāt catch it till I put my card in and I realized 9.99 x 3 does not equal $43. ( First two colors range up correctly) she they proceeded to ring up all the shorts and void them, printing off multiple receipts. So again I couldnāt follow what she was doing.
I then said I wanted a manager and I wanted them to refund all my money and do a new ticket at the correct pricing as I have no idea whatās sheās scanned voided or what UPCS match. If I have to return them later I want to make sure everything is right.
Manager was talking to his employee and said I wasnāt talking to you when I was annoyed and trying to explain. (Well look at her while you talk the. You were facing me)
I didnāt yell, but I got very annoyed and she still just credited me the money instead of doing what I asked from the get go. Refund and ring up again.
