Snooze Mattress + Wellness Rome — Attraction in Rome

I had been shopping for a bed for a couple weeks, once I decided on which bed was right for me and my boyfriend I went to mattress firm, I was told that they would beat any other deal by 10%. So I did some shopping around. I went next door to bedz express and spoke with Glen. He was very helpful, gave me a great deal, but of course I had to compare to what mattress firm could do on their price, I was told he was going to add in a 10 year warranty on the power adjustable frame for only $350. What a deal right!? Well, I did a little further investigation and come to find out, the frame includes a 10 year warranty 🧐 as a small business owner myself I always like to give my business to small guys, I also like to get the best deal. Well, after being lied to, I went back to bedz express and spoke with the manager, she was amazing! Glen was also there, there was zero pressure and it was super easy to get to exactly what I wanted. We also had an amazing conversation while the whole process was going on. These people are where you need to go to get your next mattress. They are not only professionals but also have a kind spirit. I love the mattress that I ended up with; however I am super disappointed in the treatment I received. I purchased a new mattress from Glenn and waited over 2 weeks for delivery only to have the floor model delivered (he had also incorrectly entered my address, so luckily I was able to correct that before they showed up to the wrong house). I had to inquire to learn this - Glenn never told me that I was getting the floor model. I would have never paid full price nor waited 2 weeks, if I wanted the floor model. John, who was filling in for Glenn on the day I discovered this, was helpful in finding out that my mattress was still on the truck at the warehouse, corrected my address in the system, and arranged for it to be delivered. Finally, after three weeks, no apology, and a lot longer story (this is just the cliff notes version), I have my new mattress but I will never do business with or recommend...

Had an amazing experience with Bedzzz Express out of Rome. I had purchased a couple of mattresses and adjustable bases from another branch that has since closed. I needed replacement legs for one of the adjustable frames. They were nowhere to be found. I stopped by the Rome branch to see if they could help me. How lucky was I to have met employee, Dedra Green. It has been years since I received customer service like she provided. She made numerous phone calls and muliple internet searches. In less than two days she had my problem solved. Bedzzz should try and clone her! I have told my friends and family about what a fabulous job she did.
