Was so excited to have purchased a ring for half price that was on the estate sale. I made the purchase but the left the ring at the store so that it could be fixed. On my drive home I’m just so so so happy to get this ring, and I can’t wait. I’ve always wanted a princess cut ring. Then I get a phone call from them telling me they messed up and sold me the ring for the wrong price and that they will need to refund me. I’m devastated and I believe they should have honored the price they sold me the ring for. On top of that, I am told it will be 3-5 days before my refund comes in. I will never do business with this store again. All I got was a sorry and wait for your refund to hit your account. This was the saddest purchase I’ve ever made and I’ve never experienced...

Took a piece of jewelry to get fixed (build up) and added a loop to wear on necklace, my mother passed away with it on and I wanted to wear . Paid 80$ the lady was very rude after I mentioned couldn't even fit a necklace thru it and asked for her to make bit bigger she said 'I'll squeeze necklace thru, I mentioned how sentimental it was and don't want to chance breaking, she then began to say I had to pay again I stated I already paid you then she said gold is expensive being rude as hell!
