Service was great. Clean and welcoming. Employees were very polite and were not pushy about the membership. I gave a 3 because I noticed I had a area on my left side that had a gap without lashes. Not enough lashes were used to consider being the dramatic look. They were pretty but nowhere worth $150 and this did not include the tip I left. I did not feel the quality was worth that. Specially when I asked for dramatic. I didnāt feel my lashes looked dramatic. I felt they looked more natural. If I asked for natural I would have been happier but that was not the case. Despite them falling out constant. Surprised by the lack of lashes used. Definitely not 3D. My lashes were also falling off as soon as the next day. And for the Manager- no they did not get wet nor did I was my fave soon after. I know the rules on how to care for lashes. And they can not use the excuse that I didnāt have strong lashes or enough. I allowed my lashes to grow and had plenty and they were very strong. For the price I wonāt be returning. They look nice but not worth the money and not the quality Iām used to. And lashes fall out daily. Whether you use quality glue not to ruin our real lashes we still shouldnāt be worrying about lashes falling out daily. I also did not like how they ask you how much you want to tip. I think they should have it set up for us to write our tip on our receipt. I think itās rude and feels like a pushy way to get tips. I also didnāt like they mentioned tipping on the paperwork we fill out and have recommendations on how much we should tip. I think thatās unprofessional. I know why they do it but it makes a business seem pushy. I also notice in reviews the manager seems to make a lot of excuses for concerned reviews. I donāt feel that is professional or good customer service. Take the feedback and grow from it. Donāt make excuses for service customers arenāt happy with. As a business owner of several businesses I recommend taking the feedback and finding solutions to ensure...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo I like some of the ladies here who have done my lashes in past and the guy who did them in past as well, but recently didn't like the last time I got them done and left honest review about my experience. I've left 3 honest reviews for 3 different services that I wasn't happy with being the microshade and how it didn't last and the discrepancies with scheduling my follow up at the time and never being on same page with coordinating that and second was with a wax service. who seemed rushed and upset that she had to wax me and my daughters and how she was rushing and so rough she dropped wax on my lashes , lastly was the last person who did my lashes I wasn't happy with and vocalize it and apparently I should of called them and went back to have them fixed but I don't have all the time on the world obviously to just be able to come so imagine my surprise today when I try and get my refills and was told they can't book me anymore due to my reviews. So if you have a bad experience with a specific person be sure to not be honest about it or leave any negative type of reviews for them cuz they will not let uget ur refills.
And I've never ever been abusive nor said anything or even gotten as much as an attitude with anybody ever , when you told me today that you couldn't book me due to me not ever being satisfied I responded with basically the same as I've written here. I said " ok cool" and left. Lol. The reviews I've left are actual experiences I have had. I've never spoken bad about the place only gave honest opinion and description of my experiences there that .which I've had both great and not so great. Now you're going out your way to lie and make things up about me ? That's slander. And you know is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI walked into the salon half-excited, half-terrified ā because as a gay man, I love a little drama, but I wasnāt sure if I could pull off lashes without looking like I was headed straight to RuPaulās runway. Spoiler: I walked out feeling like BeyoncĆ©ās secret twin.
The technician was fabulous ā professional but with just enough sass to make me feel at home. She explained every step, checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and didnāt judge me for nervously clutching my iced latte like it was a holy relic.
The actual process? Surprisingly relaxing. I almost fell asleep, which, if you know me, is wild because I can barely sit still for a Netflix episode. And when I opened my eyes? Babe. BABE. The lashes were perfect ā full, clean, and not cartoonish at all. Think āsubtle enhancementā with just enough flirt to make even the straight boys at the gym double-take.
What I loved most is that they didnāt feel heavy or fake. They just gave me this extra pop ā like contouring, but for your eyes. Walking out, I caught my reflection in the window and literally whispered, āYasss, diva.ā
Would I do it again? Absolutely. The salon nailed it (or should I say lashed it). For anyone thinking lashes are just for women ā honey, beauty doesnāt have a gender....
