I waited patiently in a long line to purchase a pair of shoes from store # 1427. I made it home just to noticed that the shoe size tag didn’t match the size of the shoe. I return to the store and the cashier Lanita told me I had to get in line again. I made it to the cashier to do the return when the cashier Lanita quickly returned the credit to my credit card. I told her I wanted to do an even exchange and get the right size shoe. She said you would have to get in the line again with the right shoe which was extremely long. I asked to speak to the manager on duty which was Morgan. I voiced my dissatisfaction with her and said this doesn’t make sense and is poor customer service. Lanita tried to support her manager and rudely said you doing all of this behind some cheap shoes. There was another associate name Jessica who was understanding and tried to help me find the right size just to find another pair of shoes that was mislabeled. Poor customer service at this location. Don’t spend you money at this location. The store manger was absent but I understand that she has better customer understanding. Morgan needs more training on customer service Lanita needs...

My wife brought back some items with the receipt. She had everything she needed to get cash back. They did the refund in a way where she had to get a gift card. When they assured her the manager could override the transaction to get cash back, the manager came and said the system wouldn't let her override it and there was nothing she could do. Then she became dismissive at a very unbusy hour. It's the day before Thanksgiving. My wife comes home and reviews the receipt and sees the cashier did the refund as though my wife didn't have a receipt, which is why they refunded the money on a gift card. My wife calls them back on this very not busy day, and they tell her the managers are too busy to speak with anyone, essentially avoiding her. LIKE WHY ARE THE FITTING ROOMS CLOSED?!!?? So i went to the store as normal got a whole ton of clothes cuz that's what I always do and then I went to go try them and they said the fitting rooms were closed because someone trashed them or sum and they said they won't be open at all like what? Idk when they gonna open them again but not to day so I had to return everything back so like I wanted to try them tho. Like there should have been a sign on the door or something so I wouldn't have grabbed all of what I got like that should be obvious people always try clothes on and there's a always a line for the fitting room. Next time either have your room open or have a sign on the door please.
