Rosenberg Civic Center — Attraction in Rosenberg

Had a horrific experience here on November 9 2018. I walk once or twice a week at the park next door. On the 9th I noticed someone dumped a huge pile of carpet in the park. I took some pictures and reported the issue to the Civic Center. After showing them the pictures and then They asked me to email them. I was asked to stay to do a report. Only to have the Manager (Carrie Kmiec) call the police on me. She Reported that I looked suspicious and that I appeared nervous or anxious and is shaking. Mind you it was as cold and wet that day. On top of that she made a second call to report that I had discussed about putting a gun to my head. All of which is completely untrue. I was just there to report carpet. What was horrific when the police showed up. They treated me as if I was going to commit suicide and assumed I had a gun.

I reported my issues to the city, seems nothing is getting resolved. So I’ve decided to post here. Maybe help keep any future ppl from experiencing what...

Nice place to have a baby shower. But staff was rude, and rushing us out before our time was done. Also rude to my daughter she went to the wrong area and put stuff down and she thought she left something in the area and the guy was rude about her going back to check. Very disappointing, u pay for something and expect people to be kind and courteous to u and your group🤦‍♀️ not to be rushing when u still have 30 minutes left on your time. We were trying to make sure everything was clean and back in order. Won’t be making parties...
