Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in Rosenberg

I love Shipleys and have grown up with them. This location is brand new and the location is very nice. It’s a nice building that is very clean and well kept as it is brand new they display everything well and everything looks nice. Parking is adequate and location and accessibility is great. however, the staff could not figure out how to use the reward app and took a few minutes just to try to get my reward completed. Let alone checking me in on the app. I know this is new and will update accordingly as time goes on, but I’ve been very excited for this new location to open as I love, Shipleys. The three different kolaches we ordered. We’re all dry did not have the texture or flavor of kolaches that I’ve experienced at other locations the apple fritter was very good. We got two different iced donuts that we’re good. The Filbar I got was dry and the filling was very inconsistent. The icing on top stuck to the paper as we left and smeared all over the bag. By the time we got home it was halfway removed. I’m hoping these are just growing pains and again will update accordingly, but was very disappointed in what I know Shipleys to be by this new location. Hoping things...

After church this morning on Father's Day, I decided to finally stop in the new Shipley's Donuts in Rosenberg. I am a father and was disappointed on this day! Considering I was craving an actual old fashioned donut. I asked the lady at the counter do you have Old Fashioned donuts? She pointed me to Old Fashioned cinnamon rolls! I replied that's not an old fashioned donut. Then she pointed me to the Buttermilk Donuts inside the glass case of the counter. The sign right in front of the donut says Buttermilk Donuts not old fashioned! The employees here obviously do not know what types of donuts are which even though there is a printed sign specifying right in front of each and every one! No Old Fashioneds at this location. I settled on a breakfast kolache sausage egg cheese and jalapeno. OMG! Should be called bread cheese sausage jalapeño egg kolache! Not even a whole egg inside! At best maybe a 1/4 of an egg in this kolache! Shipley's Donuts provided a most disappointing Father's Day...

EXTREMELY RUDE!! NEVER again!! I ordered A sausage cheese kolache and a cake CHOCOLATE donut NOT A HARD order! She gave me a receipt that said BOLD kolache and a regular cake donut and the cost was more. I called and she said she was out of the regular sausage and cheese kolaches so she gave me the Bold and they are more . Why didn't u tell me that the all u had were the Bold kolaches ? Well that's not True because she gave me was a regular one she just charged me $3.89 for a BOLD one . Nothing BOLD AT ALL it was a plain one and COLD Then she HUNG UP ON ME Are u kidding me! That's NOT how you CONDUCT BUSINESS! JUST 😔 SAD AND THE WRONG DONUT not chocolate! A PLAIN CAKE!
