CinemaWest Olympus Pointe — Attraction in Roseville

The first time I went to the theater after it was bought by cinema west. I complained that the a.c wasn't on in the theater as everyone in my group was sweating hot. Complained twice to the manager and both times they said they would turn the air on. They never did. I ended up getting a pass to come back a different day. I came back a second time using the free pass. And unfortunately it was the the same things. I imagine they are trying to save money. But why save money at the cost of making it so a customer won't return. Its not a nice theater. The seat i sat in the first time didn't lean back. Tickets are the same price as a franchise theater company so to justify ever returning just doesnt make sense to sweat in a ran down theater for the same price as a nice one.

I hope cinima west decides to lower the cost and lower the temperature. If so I can get past how ran down it is and be ok with a seat that...

Went to see The Accountant with my family on 4-26-25. Earlier that day I purchased the tickets in person. Tried using the machine but it malfunctioned, so I got in line. The line was long because they are understaffed. Finally reached the front of line and explained what seats I wanted. I was told because I selected those seats from malfunctioning machine she would have to sell tickets in front row but would block out seats where I tried to purchase and to just seat my family in blocked out seats. Later that night we get our popcorn and go in to sit in blocked out seats and someone else was sold those seats and there are no seats except in front. The manager who got involved, Raven suggested we just come back in a few hours and watch the late movie. Acted like they made no mistake and didn't care it ruined our night out. They keep the front of the house pretty clean. The bathrooms are always dirty. The folks behind the counter have become increasingly unfriendly over the years.
