Premier Imaging & Camera — Attraction in Ross Township

I've had multiple bad experiences with this business where they've promised things and never followed through. Multiple times I've paid extra for expedited film development, they tell me it will be developed in 3 days, and then I'm calling them after it's been over a week without the scans. This has happened every single time I've tried to develop black and white film with them. Color can be slightly faster.

Additionally we paid for a monthly film development subscription, after having bad experiences I tried to cancel the subscription. I was promised months ago on the phone that it was cancelled. Then I notice I'm still getting charged by this company months after I was told they cancelled. Their emails go straight to spam so I didn't notice the email notification. Again, we called to cancel and they promised a full refund of the past few months after we called to cancel the first time. Then I get an email stating "Apologies this happened! You can have a $5 credit next time you come in the store". After I was promised a full refund, they offer a fraction of that in store credit. Nothing but bad experiences with...

Really upsetting experience. After driving about an hour bc of the great reviews, to get my grandfathers film developed. He died too soon for me to know him and this was the last thing of his and almost a century old, meaning the film needs to be treated with care. Philipp, I’m assuming the owner based off his dominating nature towards his very kind coworkers, spoke to me as if I was inconveniencing him as he pulled out the film in front of me saying it’s too old to develop there and tugged on the end bit of film. I was horrified because this is the ONLY thing salvaged from his passing decades ago. When I told him to be careful, he remarked snarky comments back encouraging me to go elsewhere. I asked for a container and he threw back a nasty comment and walked away. I never write reviews, but being in the film industry working with producers every day in Atlanta, I thought I’d bring this to light so people and other professionals don’t experience what I did. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business. I wanted to get into photography and did not know where to start, Phil was so beyond helpful and got me a Canon R100 camera and it is exactly what I was looking for. I had absolutely zero knowledge about anything and he took the time to help and explain everything. I then went to the South hills location and Betsy helped set my camera up for me and she was so lovely. I then asked about lens filters for my camera and they ordered everything for me without me having to ask which is such excellent customer service I truly could not be happier and I highly recommend them over any other retailer.
