This Hobby Lobby has really nice worker's, yet not all employees know that they should speak to everyone they make eye contact with or a customer that walks down the aisle they are working, it just makes it a more friendly place to shop.
My focus was in the table top items, I maybe wrong but I think her name was Kendra. I was seeking items for our Barbie size dolls. She walked me to the section and when I gave her a description of the beach chair that was no longer where I saw it the week before, she knew exactly where it was cross merchandise. Big cheers. Then she help me locate the lighthouses and even though she was helping me she spoke to other passing customers acknowledging she sees them.
This location is bright inside making the atmosphere feel welcome to shop there and take your time to dream up a new craft display.
Hobby Lobby mostly has all you need for your project. They carry some furniture as for shelves, table, chairs and lots and lots of seasonal items. Art supplies, scrapbook supplies, jewelry accessories all you need for DIY.
You can spend hours there and no rashes you out.

Read moreThis review is SPECIFICALLY for the location in Roswell NM and the staff at closing on a Monday night. The cashier Monika was snide and laughed when I mentioned that the items we had sought out after seeing them in the Clovis store the weekend before had been on sale. She responded "not here" and laughed rudely. We were informed by another employee that the sales change on Monday, and that all stores are the same. After all the items were rung up and the total given it seemed high given the posted sign advertising candles at 50% off. We asked if they had in fact rang for the correct price. Again we were chastised and told that the sale only applied to candles of a certain price or higher. I work in the customer service industry and would be appalled if any one of my staff treated a customer in this manner! For a Christian company that treats it employees very well, I would expect the staff at this location in Roswell have a much higher level of...
Read moreI have a love/hate relationship with this store. Awesome, amazing, excellently extensive selection of the finest, top notch crafting and art supplies the likes of which not only rival but out do all our department stores. But the prices are a different story, high and a little preposterous. That's where supply and demand are your friends, as store shelves pile up and need to be liquidated, opportunity arises. Flowers, for instance (fake ones) I'm guessing aren't selling so hot, especially at the ridiculous prices they ask for them are all 50% off at the time I'm writing this review. Today's trip was unpleasant and stressful as I'm not rich and trying to budget/bargain shop on a tighter budget than normal was a nightmare. Employees were stolid and expressionless, but morale and overall atmosphere were lackluster at best. At their pay rate and difficulty of store duties I honestly expect a more enthusiastic attitude and demeanor from...
