Invasion Station — Attraction in Roswell

They do have some pretty neat stuff here. Above average quality and well above average prices. They do have a lot of stuff that's hard to find elsewhere (only place I could find a decent souvenir water bottle). I had a particularly poor experience. I ordered a tye dye shirt for my daughter. They originally advertised that it would be ready in 2 weeks at most so I could pick it up. They kept telling me it would be ready in the next couple days but didn't actually finish it until 6 weeks. I get it, it's probably a supply issue that they have no control over, but don't lie and lead on customers. I called several times for a refund when they failed to deliver. They answered but the person answering the phone could never process the refund. They went a head and delivered anyway, which I was ok with until the product came in such an unacceptable condition. Once I finally got the shirt, it looked great, but the neck hole was way too small with no stretch. It was manufactured by some obscure company in India. I bought it for my 4 year old (size 4, rest of fit was proper) and not only was it no where near fitting over her head, it wouldn't fit over my 20 month old son's head. Reached out again over e-mail with no response or resolution. Would...

We are from Dallas, Tx and we decided yesterday to go to Roswell, NM on a whim, AND at my girls urging (11, and 16) LOL. We were in Lubbock Tx to see my son at college and said hey lets go to New Mexico since we are so close....NOT really but hey 2 hours wasn't bad... So we went and stumbled across, and absolutely loved this store.

The sign said animal friendly so we took our 9 year old Irish Setter in with us and she was well received . Extremely animal friendly is an understatement lol (ask about the horse :-p ) this is my favorite story and its true!!!..

There are so many knickknacks and the shirt options are awesome and by local artists. We spent probably an hour laughing at the jokes on the shirts and trying to decide.... I'd never been to Roswell before but when I do go back this shop will be one of my firsts. We even ordered more over the phone once we got home.... Probably one of the the best parts of...

We just finished leaving this place. We stopped at this store because they had “semi good reviews”, I had plans on purchasing many things to take back to Texas but ended up leaving and not buying anything because the lady working the evening shift right now was extremely rude to us. I have 1 year old twins girls, who weren’t doing anything other than looking out the LOCKED side door or being near it , keep in mind there wasn’t anyone at the store but us, she then proceeded to yell at us rudely to stop letting them be near the LOCKED side window doors, which we have no problem doing so but she didn’t have to yell in a rude manner. We ended up leaving, we will never be back again and will let family and friends know about our experience. If you are going to have someone act the way she does , find someone else to employ, before you continue loosing customers over basic customer...
