The Liberty, Inc. is a very nostalgic place, which at one time was a 1920s movie theater. To one side in the building, there is a large bar that is reminiscent of a 1920s Speakeasy. The bar is beautifully made of wood and is approximately 20 ft long. The backdrop behind the bar is a gorgeous wine rack with large mirrors on each side with plants next to them. There are large, beautiful archways going into other rooms, as well as, archways around windows. Some of the interior walls are painted black and others are white, but it is all done tastefully
The event coordinators can transform the inside of the Liberty to just about any kind of request. I would say The Liberty could seat anywhere from 100 to 150 people. The staff at our function was very cordial, efficient and professional. They wore coordinated attire, all neat and clean looking.
The food was served in assisted buffet style and was presented in an elegant fashion.

From the moment my wife and I began planning our daughter’s college graduation party, The Liberty exceeded our expectations in every way. Ruby Orton worked closely with us throughout the entire process to ensure everything was perfect for the big night. She was incredibly professional, responsive, and always available to answer our questions or address any concerns. Her attention to detail and dedication made the planning process smooth and stress-free.
The catering provided by The Liberty was excellent—delicious food that all of our guests truly enjoyed. The bartenders were equally impressive: professional, courteous, and skilled at crafting great mixed drinks. Their service added a special touch to the celebration and kept the good energy flowing all night.

Read moreI moved back here from Texas 10 years ago and when I listened to the local radio stations it was all mainstream country... you never heard the good Texas country or red dirt I had become accustomed to... I love The Liberty! They opened up a couple years after I moved here and within a short time I starting hearing the music I had been missing on the radio! I have seen so many awesome artists there! Not just Texas country either just great music I've even seen the Marshall Tucker band and Sebastian Bach there! There's been nothing like this in Roswell and it is definitely an awesome venue! And on top of that the service also goes above and beyond... Most definitely a 5 star...
