First and foremost,
I want to let you know that I DO NOT appreciate the way you spoke to my 15 year old child. She proceeded to call you and make you aware of the issue with the device she purchased from your establishment. You proceeded to yell at her and make accusatory statements as if she did something to alter the device you sold her. Mind you she is 15 years old. Instead of you saying bring it to the store let us have a look at it, you throw a 30 day warranty in her face and rudely dismiss her with your nasty tail. Completely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior of a person running a business. You had my child in tears and then you proceeded to curse her manager out who stepped in on her behalf because she heard you while she was at work, speaking to her so rudely. You yelled at and cursed out not only a child but an adult. This is how you run your business?! We donât have to give you our money and I never will again! Now letâs get to the issue at handâŚ
I was there with her when we purchased the iPhone 12 mini from your store Phone Clinic and we asked many questions prior to purchasing as I was skeptical in the first place. Reluctantly, I allowed her to proceed after everything seemed to have checked out with the phone. This was on July 17, 2023. Today, she gets a message saying âunknown part.â When she clicks on the message unknown part, the message says the battery may not be authentic, along with a few other possible reasons. While we understand that there is a risk when purchasing the types of phones you sell, we expect business owners to uphold their promise of honesty and integrity. You intentionally sold my child a defective phone and you know it and you crossed several lines when you yelled at her. I will alert everyone I can about this scam of a store and I expect for you to keep the same energy when you speak with me about this issue at your...

â¨I believe it to be to difficult to actually say enough wonderful things about the Phone Clinic in Roswell!â(for the amount of times I have needed their support)â đą Every time I walk through their doorsâwhether I have a major issue or just a quick question/simple fixes neededâthe team is always ready and willing to help with a smile. Theyâve solved everything from my cracked phone screen and battery troubles, to the simplest tech hiccups that I didnât have the know-how (or patience) to fix on my own.
đ¤The entire staff truly goes above and beyond, sharing helpful tips and patiently walking me through all the details so I understand exactly whatâs going on. Theyâve shown time and again that no problem is too minor to deserve their full attention. Itâs the kind of place where you feel welcome the moment you step inside: friendly faces, an organized workspace, knowledgeable, excellent at their trade, and a genuine desire to get you back up and running as soon as possible.
I am personally the most grateful for their deep knowledge of smartphones, tablets, and even other devicesâI havenât found a tech question they couldnât/wouldnt handle for me. If youâre looking for a trustworthy spot to take care of your gadgets, or just want some knowledgeable advice, Phone Clinic is the place to go. Itâs not often you find a team this dedicated and personable in the tech world. Highly recommended and truly the only guys I go to! They are on the right, before you get to Hwy 9, of E. Crossville, just before the intersection where the Chic-Fil-A traffic light đŚ is. {Think across from the Kroger...
Read moreHorrible experience! I went there to buy a phone and also thought I would take advantage of already being there to fix the screen on my phone. They did but after they did my phone stopped working, it wouldnât connect to Verizon anymore. They tried to fix it for about 1 hour and had zero success, even thought they are supposed to be experts at fixing phones⌠then they wanted me to pay for the screen and walk away with a phone that didnât work! I refused to pay and they said that they had to put the old screen on it, which they did but the phone was NOT working! They didnât have the decency of offering anything better than an âitâs your fault because you dropped it and an itâs your problemâ attitude and took zero ownership of their share since the phone only stopped working after they opened it to replace the broken screen. Very frustrating and disappointing! I do not recommend and I will never set foot there again or buy anything from this store.
*In response to your reply, it may have been severely damaged but it was in full working condition. Until you touched it. If the screen replacement has nothing to do with the mother board then replacing it should not have made it go from working to...
