My 2 yr old grandson and I had a fun time even though I scheduled it at his nap time! I did not even know we had one in Round Rock!! I'd been wanting to go to the one out south. That one is Community themed, this one is the Great Outdoors! It is set up and accessorized wonderfully. He really enjoyed The General Store, grilling, the camper van, fishing and rowing the boat! I was hoping there would've been a gigantic wooden train set in the middle play area, but it was all Duplo. That was nice too but only one train. There were only 2 other little ones at our time slot, and we were alone for the last 45 minutes. Hopefully it will get a little more crowded for playmates and learning to socialize. It was the middle of the week, I'm sure it's busy on the weekends with parties, etc. We will definitely be back!!

We celebrated my son's third birthday here on Sunday, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. There was a slight hiccup with the schedule, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that we were well taken care of. We chose the "Sit Back and Relax" package, and they truly handled everything—from the decorations to cake service to the food. While we did bring in a few extra items to personalize the decor, it was honestly hardly necessary because they had everything covered. I highly recommend this venue for a child's birthday party. The play area is spotless, adorable, and the kids absolutely loved it. The adults had a great time too! We’ll definitely be back for more playdates and possibly another party in the future.

I booked my daughter’s very first birthday party here on a Saturday afternoon and it was one of the worse decision I have ever made! I would like to start off by saying I spoke with the manager prior to my event and she told me the hours for my party were 4:30p to 6:30p and upon my arrival I would have two team members help me with decorations and facilitate the party so that I could enjoy my daughters first birthday. When I first arrived I was greeted by Caitlyn and she was cleaning the party room from the previous party that was ending she was nice and friendly and showed me who would be helping me before she left for the day. After, Caitlyn left both girls that were suppose to be of help sat at the front desk the entire party, I added an activity for the kids to make slime, the girls sat the materials out on the table and left the children to make their own slime by themselves! While they sat at the front desk with little to no energy or enthusiasm keep in mind these girls never introduced themselves to me or any of my guest they were very unfriendly and in a rush to get us out of the building as it was the last party of the day and as more of my guest started to arrive we were instantly forced to have to sing happy birthday, yes that’s right none of guest (children) got to play! After we were forced to sing happy birthday, the young ladies left the party room and went back to the front to stand around. They did not cut or serve the cake or serve the food they literally did nothing but stand at the front desk and made me and all of my guest feel unwelcomed. At 5:50p one of the girl came in and told me that I needed to leave by 6p or I would have to pay an extra $75 for a extra 30 minutes which is ridiculous! I was totally confused as I spoke with manger and she told me my end time was at 6:30p. I paid $465 for only an hour and 30 minutes there is no WAY! That a birthday party with added activities could be held within 1 hour and 30 min without literally rushing though everything! And even as I started to pack everything up again the girls stood at the front talking to each other and laughing. Did not help with anything at all, I went outside to put a box of decorations in my car as I was carrying all of my things back out these girls locked the door and I was not finished getting the rest of my decorations at this point I felt humiliated standing outside the establishment! NONE of the expectations were met the workers there are unfriendly and do not coordinate the parties as they state in the booking! A total waste of $465 because the children did not get to enjoy the play area or making the slime! When I called to speak with management and all she did was apologize but an apology doesn’t fix rules and regulations that are not met by staff. I DONT RECOMMEND BOOKING THIS PLACE FOR ANY SPECIAL EVENTS! It is a waste!...

This place is great! Price point is spot on for playing. I have two toddlers (16 months and 3 years) and they both had a blast. I added on a slime making session for my older kiddo. I was hesitant at first because it's $8 but it was worth it. The staff took her aside to make a custom slime goo. I could still see her but didn't have to struggle with juggling two kids while one did a special project. They give you a token for a snack to take home and the options were great. Mostly healthy choices and a few treats they could pick from. They also have craft kits to take home for the same price. They would be great to stow away for a rainy day project. I spoke to the owner for a bit and enjoyed hearing how passionate she was about her business. She is a mom who understands about keeping things clean and sanitized. Only thing that felt like it was missing was maybe a soft play area with big soft climbing blocks for the little kids. There was plenty of space to spread out and play so there was no struggle with sharing toys. We will definetly be back to play...

Very unfriendly, and unwelcoming place. The young lady at the front desk seemed irritated to have to help us when we arrived and was rude to us throughout. They don't play any music in there either, and it's almost completely silent. Just such a weird vibe. It's a very nice place and could be managed much, much better.

When we were leaving, I wasn't sure what to do with the little wooden token they gave me, so I asked the front desk lady and she said "Just leave it there." It wasn't until my son started asking for a snack that they have on display, and I interrupted her again to ask how much the snacks cost, that she then informed me that the wooden tokens were FOR SNACKS. I just thought that it was so dismissive and in poor taste to not even bother to mention that to a customer at any point. Her and the other workers there seemed almost bothered by people being there. At the end of our time, they were just in a rush to clean up for the next round of kids. I would advise parents to vote with your dollars and spend your...
