Waited over an hour in freezing temperatures below 10 degrees, only for the train to then be another 30 minutes late. Not a single heater or inside space to wait and this was at 6am so no businesses open to warm up in either. This station will give someone frostbite or worse, and even after an hour being late not a single update from Amtrak themselves about it. Amtrak is usually leaning towards complete indifference, but this type of incompetence is borderline negligence and they are lucky I was able to get an Uber to a friends hotel and warm up before getting severely sick.
