J Roberts — Attraction in Ruidoso

An honest review. The place is nicely decorated, not a problem. Walked in didn’t get greeted but I was like that’s okay, they are closing in an hour so I’d be tired too. Nice clothing, at first sight and the moment I walked in I knew it would be overpriced since it’s in a hot tourist area but I didn’t care I was out of town and just wanted to find something cute. I find a long sleeve black shirt, with a white collar and gemmed buttons priced at $52. I notice a loose thread (in 2nd picture) so I asked the cashier if there was another one, she checked and said there was not but that they could give a 10% discount, I was like you know what sure I’ll still take it. On the first day of wearing it a button pops off (3rd pic) and it’s upsetting. A gem also came off one of the buttons (4th pic) it’s on the left of the button and the area looks brownish in case you can’t see well. I wasn’t rough with it at all, all we did was walk around that day. The quality on its own is not worth 52$ and if clothing there is going to be priced that high even though it comes from some warehouse deep in the trenches of china, you could at least make sure the...

There were four workers that were here this last Monday when my daughters came in here to shop. Instead of feeling welcomed my daughters were followed and constantly asked if they needed help by these workers as though they were not wanted or trusted. My kids have plenty of money to spend and were decked out in designer wear. My daughter really wanted to buy several things from here, but decided not to because of the way she was made to feel. I’m not sure if they mistreat all young people or if it’s Hispanics and people of color they are unwelcoming too, but this experience was offensive...
