Grey Hound — Attraction in Sacramento

What a horrible experience! Got there bright early for 0855 bus. Bryan at the counter (manager) was not nice at all, no willingness to help, seems irritated whenever one will ask questions or if you ask him to repeat informations. Driver was a no show. No substitute, no apologies. Had to reschedule for 1405, monitor was not updated. A person was being too loud & disruptive with his headphone on, none of staff stopped him. But when a puppy was making some noise, the other staff yelled and told the owner to make the puppy stop. The only good thing about this place was the driver, Edric Perkins (not sure if I spelled it right), for the 1405 bus was very nice, cheerful, very helpful, happily answered inquiries, kept us updated. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had from anything ever, I am not kidding when I say I’ve been tortured by people and felt better about how they treated me. Greyhound will be an hour late, and the minute everyone is on the bus they will send an email out that all connecting rides will be cancelled and they can’t give you a full refund because you’re already on the bus, also the bus driver is oblivious to this so you will get to the station and be hit in the face with the choice to pay for your own hotel room for an unknown amount of time or buy a ride back home. They do not care about you one bit they just want money, they don’t care if you get robbed or freeze sleeping on the floor in their bus station, you clearly can’t pay so you’re worthless....

If I could put 0 stars I would. I don't use this transportation service but my client does. First of all the only nice person here is the security guard. The only person working there the lady over the counter is probably the rudest person you can ever encounter. Has no respect or even knowledge of proper communication with any human. Rude and disrespectful. You can tell she hates her life and her Job. Please Greyhound hire someone else. We are human beings that deserve to be treated with respect. I know everybody knows who I'm talking about. It's so sad to know that she has to bring her dog to work and even sadder that the dog needs to...
