One star because I had the worst bud tender I've ever met, named Bayley. Was my first time at the establishment. I went to see Hidie a good friend of mine. She told me about the awesome new customer deals. So I was excited to see what mint was all about. The guy at the front checking ID was great. When I walked in I was greated with a dmile and told to follow the green road to good vibes. That's where it all went sour Bayley was standing at the register. She looked like she would rather be anywhere else but there. She asked what I wanted I told her what I tell every bud tender. What is your best deal on sativia flower. She mumbled she didn't have any deals on sativia flower. I said ok well what do you have in sativa. She mumbled some more and then turned around and showed me two options. I chose one just wanting to get out of there at this point. She tang it up and I said I guess I get the same for free or can I mix and match it as long as it's the same amount. She stared at me blankly and I said the new customer deal where you match what I buy for free ? She dsnt respond just turns around and say hey to someone else and that person authorized it I suppose. Then it came to pay , I pulled out my debit card to pay. She said we only take cash or mumble mumble. I said I'm sorry cash or what ? She sighed and repeated cash or dutchie pay. I said I don't know what that is. She blankly stares at me some more and at that point I said you know what thanks I'll just go somewhere else. I said it a little loud kinda hoping someone else would of heard me and been like hey I can help ya. If someone had said that I would of gladly turned around and figured out what dutchie pay is. I assume it's an ap you download and add your card to for payment but I still am not sure on that. Anyway I left and went elsewhere for my flower. But today I come in with a hood covering only my hair, with my entire face exposed as my hair was unbrushed and looked crazy. ONLY my hair was covered. My cheeks completely exposed, forehead completely exposed. I was told to remove my hood āfor the cameraā. I noticed several employees wearing hats covering their foreheads. Customers wearing ball caps that could in no way be allowing the overhead camera to see their face. I turned to look directly into the camera⦠after, you know, PROVIDING MY GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID.. yet I was told I could not put my hood back on??? However, had I been wearing a ball cap and Covid mask Iād have simply had to lower my mask momentarily? And seems I could wear a ski mask with that same logic then! Momentarily show my face and then be cool? š
When I questioned the idiot security they told me a blatant lie. That no hoods was a STATE REGULATION. I have been to nearly every dispensary in Saint Charles county and several in Saint Louis county and have NEVER heard this. I go to dispensaries DAILY. Sometimes twice a day!!! This is a lie!!
I already wouldnāt have recommended this place outside of their early morning and right before close discount. Now I wouldnāt recommend them at all with the knowledge of their power tripping security staff and their lying mouths.
My suggestion for the mint as a company is to at least make policies that make sense. If the reason that I canāt wear a hood is so the camera can see me, then no hats should be allowed at all.

That in itsellf wasnt a problem. However, when he was rang out, his purchase total was 14 cents. I overheard the ckerks talking and laughing about how they were purchasing items set aside for promos. Now i was under the impression that promos were for paying customers. Its sure been a long time since they gave any kind of promo to a patient that id seen or recieven so i find it really interesting that this guy was purshading a fairly large shopping bag full of items for less than a quarter. And for patients its overpriced eights ... edibles i can buy for literally 1/3 of their prices at other stores, long lines and waits... while there are 6 employees but only one open register. I asked about specials on concentrates and was offered an 85$ price for 2 gram jars. So howd this guy get 3 for pennies. Industry discount is only 10-20% i thought. Im disgusted that u are gouging your customers so that your budtenders cam have insane amounts of basically free stuff. I havent recieven a penny promo item since may and i had to spend 10$ to get it. It wasa preroll. So i dont understand how anyone could be recieving a promo much less a whole bag full of them with no actual purchase. Yall need to shape up. Im disappointed.
