If I could give no stars I would. Brought my phone up here last week because my charger port is shorting out. The man behind the counter tested it, and confirmed it's the phone's charger port. He said he would order the part, it would be in within a day or 2, and he would call for us to come get it fixed. It would take 30-40 minutes. 2 days later we got a call to bring the phone in. My husband took it to them while I was on a 12 hour shift. The manager had him bring it there to confirm that the port was bad because "that's not common". They hadn't even ordered the part yet. Once he confirmed it was the port, again, within 5 seconds of seeing the phone and plugging it in, he said he would order the part but that it would cost $40 more than the first guy quoted us. My husband negotiated that back to the original price. Today he called their store to confirm the part was in before I drove over from Maplewood. They said the part was there. We got in the store and they said there was a delay in the package. So it wouldn't be fixed again today. I do not recommend using them for any service. Very...

I went up there to get my charging port for my phone because my phone wouldn't take a charge. Turns out it broke it some how. I didnt call in advance for a quote because I trusted the reviews and I still do. It costed me $70 for him to order the part and to install it. The first time I came up to replace the part found out that they sent him the wrong part. He told me he sent them a nasty email I wasn't mad it's life that people order something and receive the wrong item. It was 4 days later that we got the right part, I also asked if they sold good durable phone cases for my Samsung M51. Which they didn't but, they had phone cases for another phone that is very similar to the M51. He also threw in a free glass screen protector because of when he recieved the wrong part the first time. The phone case was $15 which isn't bad at all. He's super nice, I appreciate and love their customer service, I recommend that anyone having phone issues to visit them and ask them questions!!

This was easily one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. We had went a week before to be quoted on a price down to $220 to fix my brothers iPhone XR that had a broken camera and a cracked front and back. They told us their best price was that $220 to fix the entire phone. We went in and they said 45 minute wait time. It took a whole 2 hours and 30 minutes to fix the whole solution. After they "fixed" the phone they then didn't put a glass on the back camera which was said to be fixed at the start.

After we discussed that they had proceeded to charge us a additional $60 to fix the back camera. They then did fix the camera but DID NOT PUT A GLASS ON IT. I then proceeded to finally get everything sorted and then we went out to the parking lot to finding out the glass had fallen out. It had done that 3 times walking back and forth and finally the issue was finally done after a tedious 3 ish hours. Never again will I use this place. Good luck to anyone who wants to get their...
