To start off not everything of my experience was bad today. One staff member was very present and good at there job which was Lucy. When i arrived at the center she was outside cleaning and sweeping the entrance she very greeted me made me feel welcome. (Which was the only time I felt welcome the rest of my visit) The counter Stagg , snack bar and bar staff looked absolutely miserable, besides Lucy I didn't see one person smile my entire visit.
Watched an employee be very rude to a customer that asked about water or a water fountain. There was some back and forth but the ending result was if you want water u have to purchase a bottle of water, not a water cup 3$ bottle of water. (If I remeber right u can charge for a cup but not for the water it self if you don't have a fountain) worse thing is the lady had just spent I think around 40+$ on snack bar items.
My snack bar experience was okay other than the wait.
At no point today did I plan on doing a review I just felt that somone should know my experience and who was helpful and who wasn't.
We also had alot of lane breakdowns atleast one a game for over 5 min and we moved pairs.
I will say the center was very clean and nice establishment however it is overshadowed by the majority of staff and there lack of wanting to be there . One other thing I was on high end needed napkins had to walk from lane 30ish to snackbar behind 3 and 4...

First they put the money on the incorrect Lane when we advise them they corrected the lane when our kids try to play on the next Lane they told them they did not have to pay so then we went to try to determine what was going on and kyra who has this rude smirk and smart mouth told us that we did not advise her of the eight adults on the Lane. I requested to speak with his supervisor and was denied. I was told there was no one in management there. I was then advised that they would not call him on his day off. So again I ask who's the manager or supervisor or person in charge. At this point upset I asked for a refund and was told I could not have a refund because the kids had played some games. Obviously very upset the situation escalated and I ended up calling the police while they refunded $27 I ended up paying 4 games that someone else played when that person tried to pay and was told no. From what the two reps said above there is not a supervisor on duty so any games you play or at your own risk this young staff is rude disrespectful and have no respect for their patrons this was a party of 20 and we were prepared to play quite a few games at this point I would never ever ever return to this bowling alley and would suggest you...
Read moreWent on field trip w kids school the bowling lane was not very busy gameroom was open no sign stating prize redemption is only available after 4pm. Ryne Podlas general manager refused to open prize Station for kids to redeem prizes claiming understaff that was NOT true!! There are plenty of staff and he was sitting there doing NOTHING! He then yelled at me after I continuously asked why they did not specify redemption available after 4 before all the kids spent all their money on the games to win prizes. After I explained to him calmly how wrong it was for him and to take the time to do the right thing and allow the kids to get their prizes he said I am not going to guilt trip him into doing what a manager should do and take care of the kids prizes for them. We had a small group of disappointed kids he then made a scene yelling at me after I explained how wrong it was he is yelling making a scene saying "Sorry I am doing a horrible job instead of just doing HIS job and the RIGHT thing by allowing the kids to receive their prizes they spent all their money for.
