My business is not computers, but precious people and their precious money. In this ever-increasingly complicated world, computers enter into my business more and more. Laura and Ben would fabulous! I walked in off the street a total stranger after my QuickBooks program suddenly crashed. They let me bring it in right away and drop it off. They contacted me through out the day keeping me informed on what was going on, and made multiple phone calls over a few days. They were very considerate in assuring me that it would all work out ok! And it did! I picked it up just a few days later, and Ben took the time to sit with me and explain how to navigate the recovered program! I felt like we have known each other for years, they were so willing to help, and I could sense their honesty right away! It is so comforting to know there is someone local who knows what they're doing and so willing to solve my problem as quickly as possible. Laura, Ben and the entire Commsat team are awesome. In the summer of 2019 we moved to a new facility and at the same time shifted our approach and instead of using a remote hosted service decided to bring things in house. The Commsat team helped us transition and worked long and hard through the inevitable challenges to keep us fully operational. No sooner did we get all of those issues resolved than we shifted once again to deal with COVID-19 and had to deploy and support a totally remote workforce. It was challenge we hadn't anticipated but were able to mange through it seamlessly with the support of the Commsat team.
